I placed a call to confirm their location and hours, being it was 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon and most places like this aren't open that late...they were! I arrived shortly after and was greeted with a smile. Funny though the woman asked were you the one who just called, loved it. They buzzed me in, as all their jewelry is behind a gated door, and within 10 minutes my battery was replaced. Service was on point and while checking out I was told about what they offer, I asked a few questions about some things I'm considering with some jewelry and they seem like they are willing to accommodate things with real and even costume jewelry.
