Upper management doesn't actually care about it's customers or employees. They are so far behind with basic things like online payments, decent internet connection for employees not at the corporate office, up charged and sub-par furnitire, etc. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this place! They don't deserve any of your money or time. Don't apply to work here either. They have crazy turnover with employees because, once again, upper management doesn't care about its employees so no one gets adequate training to do their job. They're just thrown into the fire to try and figure it out. And unsurprisingly, most people don't make it more than a couple months because the stress and pressure of maintaining sales numbers gets to be too much. Stay away from Kimbrell's at all costs!

Some vendors have staff that can help you find something in particular while others didn't have anyone proving service. I came across numerous cast iron pans and a few pots and several with brand names I've never seen previously. Most seemed to be priced quite reasonably. One particular vendor had crates and crates of old albums from the 50's through the 80's and it brought me back to my teens going to our local music store and browsing through each record. I'll definitely be going back around Christmas to get several. The prices ranged from $2.00 - $5.00 for the albums with the average being $5.00. There is one central check out location by the exit and it seems to move quickly.

Very nice floor sales lady, but zero communication from them. After 6 months of waiting, we were told we could take the floor model. We showed up at the time we were told to show up. I had to help the store employee pull the furniture off of the display area, after waiting 30 minutes for the store mover to show up. We spent thousands dollars with the company across outdoor furniture, bedroom furniture and mattresses. (We could have paid for a used car with the amount we spent). We were told for 6 months that they couldn't get it from Ashley. We've purchased numerous items directly from Ashley and have gotten them while we waited on Bargain Furniture to not communicate with us. After making payment on the items we picked up, I can canceled the remaining items on order. Just found them in stock online, cheaper. Moral of the story; if you want to wait for months on end without communication and limitless empty promises, shop here. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere. BTW, no refunds, no exchanges. That should have been our red flag for business operations here.

Normally the ladies and younger workers are smiling and always speak and tell you about the size of the place and how awesome it is. I walked in today and noticed several workers chatting behind the desk. I grabbed a shopping cart as I normally do because there is a boat load of good stuff and I always leave having spent a ton on great items. There's literally 3 floors and massive sq footage of everything under the sun. I spend hours here because I'm a true thrifty and I check out every station/booth, around 200 spaces I think. I'm very observant and always aware of my surroundings. I noticed the 1st man come from behind the desk as soon as I walked to the first booth. I've seen him there before. He wears a crossbody purse and glasses. I continue my normal walk and scan. I see him out the corner of my eye look me up and down. He walked into a few of the same booths as I and walked off. I rounded the corner and there he was pretending to filter through some sports cards. I kept browsing and scanning and noticed his stares. I walked up to the second floor to confirm if I was being paranoid and sure thing, he followed. I made eye contact a few times thinking ok,I'll give him benefit of doubt, other people were shopping and I kept minding my business. A 2nd guy starts to follow me, I've seen him before as well, he has a hunch back of ND walk, he looks like a teenager, obvious and sloppy. I purposely went into a few women clothing and jewelry and furniture booths and he followed, making eye contact and pretending to shop, all the while looking at me every few seconds. I walked in his direction and at this point I've decided I'm leaving. I pull out my phone to record for my safety and call my bestie to let her know what's going on. As I'm recording he stops in a booth next to me pulls out his phone to text or pretend and I say very loudly how uncomfortable I'm feeling with these mall cops following and profiling me. He heard me, then he picks up a random candle holder he had already passed and walks away. Most of the vendors have personal video cameras in their individual spaces to deter shoplifters. There are also cameras everywhere. Why are they following ME. It was OBVIOUS and because of how they made me feel in that moment, the only poc, being follwed, I left and will never go back. If you are a vendor here, they are making you loose business. I Do Not recommend black and brown people patronize this place. They do not want you here.

We were fascinated with all the cool stuff all over and found a few goodies for a decent price. We took our time browsing and loved all the options. I found a pretty head band for my granddaughter. This is worth a trip to check out the cool stuff.
