Excellent dry storage marina located just west of the intercoastal on a canal just off 14th St Causeway. The facility is very new and kept very clean, service is always accommodating and friendly. They can fuel your boat and offer ice and many other amenities. They even have an email notification to tell us when our boat is in the water ready to go after we make the request. They also have onsite boat cleaning services, and the best part is that it only takes a few minutes to get to the Hillsboro inlet from here. read more

Management/staff changes way too much, no continuity of services. Since 2018 it has changed management 3 times and each time the service got worse. Launches were early on time and despite making reservation and calling ahead, we still wait around the yard for our boat to be launched. We added the Platinum service package which was $10/ft (so $350 extra per month for us on top of storage base fee), which eventually we stopped getting inspection updates/battery voltmeter readings and charging confirmations. They don't deliver what you pay for. Onboard boat property (ie) fenders, extra anchor, charging cables went missing and when brought up to staff specifically Lauren or Rocky, we got arms in the air "oh well" attitude. Even our $500 water mat went mysteriously missing when we pulled our boat from them. Just days before that, the water mat was behind our boat where it was stored on the ground level. Again, no one seemed to know about it or even remember the water mat despite showing emails where it was discussed with management (new Loggerhead Mgmt and former Mgmt Margo Hunt....they still denied knowing about even with the emails showing responses acknowledging mat behind out boat) This marina is one of the most expensive marinas for dry dock and they just took away services when management changed, yet the fees stayed the same. Washes not done well at all, the boat was always dirty when they pulled it from barn rack. The "complete wax and detail" 4 per year included in Platinum package never fully done. I'd have to go down there when they are doing it to make sure it's detailed the way it should be. There is no accountability at all, it's really sad and unfortunate that this is just another typical S Florida business. I'd be happy to share the package inclusions to show what was paid for and then videos and photos to show how the boat was presented to us. If they offer any extras do not do them, especially if it's for an added package to your base storage fee. If your batteries need to be charged don't let them do it, they will kill your batteries, leave your boat on, and then make it seem as though it's your fault. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Lauren at the front desk has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I walk in, she gives me a dirty look and looks as if I'm bothering her for even being there. She acts as if she owns the place and it's her way or the highway. I've dealt with plenty of other marinas and never had the receptionist treat me like this anywhere else. She is not nice by any means unless of course you tip her which I've seen other people do and then get treated like superstars! I shouldn't have to tip in order to get treated nicely. I have been going there for years and I still don't know why she has a job there. She has had an attitude with every customer that has been in the office while I've been waiting to sign in so I can work on a boat there. I tell all of my customers to avoid that place because of her. I hope in the future she is replaced with someone who actually treats people right! read more

Please read until the end. I am going to every review site I can find, the media, the FTC, and my lawyer. I am not one to complain. I pride myself on my tolerance but there are some acts of moral turpitude that deserve to be brought to light. Margo is an unreasonable, rude, and two faced C*NT! The first night I kept my boat there, it sunk and they wanted to charge me $5000 bring it up. Welcome to Hidden Harbor! I then replaced the boat with a newer one. This poor boat incurred damage after damage due to what I believed was their carelessness. I felt lucky for only having boot prints on my seats after the broken speedometer skeg, multitude of scratches, and a cracked windshield from them. I was there for approximately 7 months and experienced 1 sunken boat, a broken skeg, cracked windshield and FOUR missed launches. It was embarrassing and disappointing on several occasions when the boat wasn't launched as scheduled. I arrived with my crew and gear only to be met with an attitude about their ineptness to launch my boat. The last time I needed a work rack, they had me wait 90 minutes for an appointment I scheduled 4 days prior. I'd like to mention that they are not all bad there. Paul was always as helpful as they come. He is truly a gentleman and I appreciate all he did to help. When calling for a launch it is like they're doing you a favor. If you dont call several days in advance, good luck getting your boat in the water. During my stay there, I tried to rationalize this mistreatment. I stayed because the location was convenient. I figured they wanted me out because my boat took rack space but was only 20 feet and realized they charged by the foot. Then I thought they didn't like my boat because it's a vintage speedboat and not the typical upscale vessel they cater to. The reason became all too crystal clear the day I was forced to vacate when I was greeted by a departure letter in boat that eloquently stated, "BYE BYE JEWBAG!". read more

Truly made the right choice. Besides being totally friendly and understanding when we went on the wait list, they called us back a few days later and said they rearranged some racking in the storage area and could accommodate our 36" boat. Has been a pleasure so far. Lauren and Angela are professional, patient and make us feel like we are valued customers. So friendly and helpful - they want us to have a good boating experience. The dock gents are also extremely helpful and experienced. They have answered general boating questions we have as new boaters and made us feel as comfortable as possible - no attitudes here at all. Just helpful, friendly, hard-working crew!!! We could not be happier. Adrian and all the guys take such care of the boats - it's really a different experience here. Smaller and family-friendly feel. We have been members of boat clubs and rented many boats from other marinas in Boca and Delray and can say Hidden Harbor's service and staff is best of the best. I highly recommend this marina. Call Lauren in the office and tell her you read my (Adam's) review and it will make her day! Oh - I also opted for the wash plan - full service here. Drain engines, spray down after each use, two full washes/details a month and storage PLUS these services save us hundreds of dollars a month compared to other indoor / dry storage marinas. Dirty water full of trash. Got a plastic bag stuck in my intake from all the garbage in the water. Difficult people in the office. Request your launch well in advance because they won't work with you on short notice. No showers. No changing rooms. No amenities whatsoever. Charge for everything without telling you ahead of time. $$$ to put on the trailer. $$& to store the trailer. $$$ to flush and rinse off the salt water even though it was advertised to be included. This Aquamarina Hidden Harbour should be renamed "The 23rd Avenue traffic jam"! It is such a pain going to my parents house in light house point from 14th street cause way, they are always blocking traffic while backing out boats (going north and south on 23rd AVE) plus the street light is so long and short cycles you are probably waiting 10 minutes from Missing the light and waiting for the next cycle (when turning south bound on 16th street) next time it happens I'm calling the city about it read more

Damaged my brand new boat four times in four months and will not step up to the plate for the repairs. Go somewhere else, management is not worth the headache and has no idea about helping the customer or taking responsibility for the negligence. If I could give zero I would. When you are told your boat will be ready by 900am, Noon, or any other time add an additional hour to hour and a half. They price gouge you on fuel. Work racks are always full because "Fast boats" are using them all up the whole day they are open. There is ZERO room to dock because the marina is the size of 1/2 a football field. Electrical outlets are shot, the freshwater hoses are cracked or being used by "fast boats". They don't put your boat up most weekends so at night, anything sitting on the boat will get stolen (handful of times for me). They promised cameras but for 5 years there were none, and still have none. Ooh don't let me forget, when they leave it overnight the drunk boating newbies will scratch, dent, trash your boat because like I said, there's ZERO room to tie off on and they double triple up so every drunk moron climbs over your boat and steals your shit. Go somewhere else. I haven't even explained the money they will steal from you from their contract. read more

I recently sold my boat but had it here for years. There are some issues regarding dock space if you come in after hours. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here compared to other marinas I've used in the past. Floating dock is nice and the marina is kept clean. Friendly staff as well. read more
