We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries.
