Went in for emergency surgery right away and I am now alive to tell my story! Providence traumatized me and I definitely plan to pursue legal action. I went in with a severe issue all they did was give me fluids and Dr couldn't care less told me to follow up with my Dr next week. with the issue I was having I literally would have died. two days later I ended up needing help I was rapidly getting worse so I went to Baylor Scott ER the Dr was so concerned with my labs actually sat with me talked it through. I got the BEST care and they figured out my issue. Providence ER is just sad and complete waste of time and money. Their office told me it was OK I did that and booked me an appointment a month away. I called multiple times to move it up because I NEEDED HELP. They call me the week of my appointment and tell me they cannot see me because I stopped seeing him in December and will not let me see another doctor in their office, even though they made mistake by waiting so long to call me. Dr. Park himself cannot remember anything spoken of at a previous visit. He could not even remember where I worked. Why not just review my chart before you see me? Absolute TERRIBLE, unprofessional, dirty and uncomfortable office. I'm BAFFLED this place is allowed to be in practice, especially Dr. Park.
