Why I say maybe is because they are not optometrists which means that you would really need special care for your eyes like if you are diabetic or other medical conditions. They do take care of people with normal vision impairments but they insist on dilation because that is what they do. They specialize in cataract and eye diseases. So far I have found them friendly but if you want just a regular eye exam then no, I do not suggest this place just for the reasons mentioned above.

Instead, my confidential medical information was handled in a way that made me feel exposed and betrayed. I did not consent to my appointment being recorded, and I later learned the record included details of my private medical visit and personal disclosures. As a patient, I was seeking treatment and support, not having my medical information turned into something else. That is the part that troubled me most. Patient confidentiality matters. When someone comes in for care after trauma, their health information should be handled with care, discretion, and respect. That was not my experience here. This medical practice violated my Private health information and hippa.

They refuse to give me a refund for $3898 since Dr. Alan Dale Shiller's license was suspended & has been now since 2 weeks after my surgery but staff just tells you they don't have anyone to preform the surgery! They don't inform you about what Dr Shiller has done!! You can get his records free online from the Texas Medical Board & it tells you everything he's done & been convicted of over the last several years. I will be shocked if he gets his license back!! The staff thinks it's ok what he has done in the past & blame the customer by not refunding them for failure to complete the process I paid for. Have filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board & BBB against all 3 people listed here. Hopefully a Lawsuit will lite a fire under them & close this place down for good!!
