Then you go point to frames to look at and the staff bring them to the table so they can disinfect later. Dale waited on me the first time. I picked the frames I wanted and paid. The frames were a bit late but not their fault. The company making the eyeglasses found that one set frames I picked were not compatible w my script. Brandy notified me promptly and I cane in and picked a new set. They were only a couple days late and I got both sets. Brandy checked w me about fitting etc. it really was a good experience both w service and the glasses fit well and are accurate. One note is that they are closed Sundays now and if you want to drop off some old frames for donations they have a box for that.

Went back…read moreon 4May, seen my salesman (Casey)was with another customer so I approached the other gentleman to ask if he could help adjust my glasses. He took my glasses and went in the back office (I thought he was getting a machine), he came back and handed me the glasses and said "here". He adjusted my glasses without ever asking where or what needed to be fixed. The end result, he bent the frames to angle the arms inward (squeezing the head). Equivalent of going in for an oil change and they change your tires instead. Plus he had an attitude. I waited for Casey to finish and asked him to fix what the other guy messed up. The little problem is now worse than when I walked in. The frames still are not sitting correctly on my face. So upset. I wish I would have never handed the first man my glasses. Based on my experience I don't suspect he will be with LensCrafters too long. Casey is fantastic but despite his efforts he could not get the frames back to their original fit. I plan on going back to talk to the manager, I hope it's not the same person I dealt with today.
