I've never heard more screams through the walls as I have in here. Several times I was taken to this place to get "evaluated." First they give you "something to calm you down" then 72 hour lockdown. After 3 days you think you're going home. You are wrong. They find any reason to keep you there. "Let me out of here!, this is just a little better than torture for men and sheer brutal for women. If I could rate Dr. Park a 0 star I would. I saw him for EIGHT MONTHS and had NO improvement, so switched psychiatrists and then tried to go back to him. Their office told me it was OK I did that and booked me an appointment a month away. I called multiple times to move it up because I NEEDED HELP. They call me the week of my appointment and tell me they cannot see me because I stopped seeing him in December and will not let me see another doctor in their office, even though they made mistake by waiting so long to call me. Dr. Park himself cannot remember anything spoken of at a previous visit. He could not even remember where I worked. Why not just review my chart before you see me? Absolute TERRIBLE, unprofessional, dirty and uncomfortable office. I'm BAFFLED this place is allowed to be in practice, especially Dr. Park. read more

This is regarding the clinic. I like my psychiatrist, but communication is awful and getting in touch with anyone or getting medications approved can be hell. I've called multiple times for the last 3 days about switching a prescription due to insurance issues. I've been without the medication for 4 days now and I have yet to receive a call back. Every time I call they seem annoyed and tell me my psychiatrist hasn't had time to read the message. Can they not expedite it by marking it as urgent, and if they can't why not?? This is the only place I've ever had these issues with. read more

Seeked help from my doctor, for my daughter, who sent a referral in January 2020 which I would call on a weekly basis and kept being told that my daughter's file is in review. For 3 months this is all I heard and COVID hit so I waited it out to see what could come of getting her in so I called today July 6, 2020; 6 months later they want to tell me her file was a NO because they aren't taking new patients. They were just received confirmation today that she was told NO. I call BS this place is a joke and wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I just experienced. If I could rate this as a -0 I would. Don't waste your time on a doctor or clinic if they can't be there for patients, exiting or not!! Been here dozens of times. The group therapy helps. Even though I've been here so many times, it doesn't mean that they didn't do anything for me. Some of the nursing staff can be quite rude and non sympathetic/empathetic... bit the groups are great. Activity director, Ann- She is awesome and really fun. She'll make you smile no matter how bad you feel. Dr. TONY PAYSON is the worst doctor to get. He doesn't care about his job. He's had one foot out the door for quite some time and it's time he retires fully. He was let go from there due to poor work from what I understand. Even (some of) the nursing staff (who aren't jerks) will feel bad for you if you get him, bit the place really isn't bad. The food WILL MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT. NOT THE SNACKS. THE ACTUAL FOOD! So beware of that! Tony, a night nurse and former police officer is truly an awesome guy. He came over to the good side realizing he was able to do more good here than being a cop. Frank is great too, during the Days, Dr. SAMPLES is awesome also. She's not a Psychiatrist though. She's a MD Internal Medicine Doctor. But she will listen to you well. Dr. Warren is probably the best Psychiatrist they have there. He truly wishes to help you. read more

Have called three days in a row to try to seek help, and have received no call whatsoever! This place should be ashamed of themselves. I would not be surprised if people have killed themselves waiting to hear back from this place. Blood on your hands! read more
