It was an old video store before behind Holiday gas station. I've done axe throwing before in the east coast and this place is much more affordable. You pay per lane, per hour. We ended up using two lanes for a party of 6. Two lane is required for 5-8 guests. If you have friends who don't want to risk it with an axe, they have some games in the sitting area like jenga, giant jenga and giant connect four. The staff is very laid back. They give instructions and for the newbies, they watch to see if you're throwing it right so you can stick the axe to the board. Then, once all practice throws are done, the game begins! They offer different games so that your group can enjoy a little axe throwing competition. They have small chalkboard to keep score, so get your game face ready. It's definitely a fun activity to do with a group of people, competitive or not. Although, they do have leagues, for you hungry competitors. So give it a throw! I know I will again! Not only are there axes but there are all sorts of fun things to throw including ninja stars and knives. The employees were amazing, offering to help us improve our skills or give us space to make our own mistakes. Drinks and snacks were just a bonus on an already wonderful experience. The pricing was fair and their instructions were spot on. It took three tries to hit the bullseye and it got more fun when my husband and I decided to start keeping score! We were impressed by the customer service and conversation from the owner and the employee working last Thursday.
