When I scheduled an appointment for his first professional nail grind a few months ago I was unsure of how it was going to go Desiree, one of the groomers was very reassuring and allowed me to stay with my dog while she did his nails in the Self Bathe area. Knowing that we have a place to go where he is taken care of means the world to us! Here's a sweet picture of him after one of his baths! He is clearly not a fan of the blow dryer either.

Just spent two weeks at Pet Paradise resort. I have used the resort in the past with other dogs and the care they received was very good. This visit the dogs shared a large suite with a private doggy door that allowed them to come in/go out at will. They played long and hard with each other, and also played with the other pups. I understand they had toys everywhere in their room and personal play yard to stay active. I have always appreciated that the facility is very clean and organized. They had nails and baths before being picked up this morning. Special kudos as this visit covered New Years Eve, and the staff reached out to me that morning to ask if there would be any concern about fireworks and if my pups would get nervous/would need calming medication. My dogs don't react to fireworks, so nothing was needed, but I was impressed that the staff reached out to check. Concern for my pets' welfare was genuine, and they were very responsive to my emails while traveling to update me on progress. This was the first "resort" stary for my newest rescue pup and I was concerned how he might react. No need to fear. Both pups give it 4 paws up as a great place to stay when their mom has to go out of town. Very grateful to Pet Paradise for playing and caring for my pups.

The team at Tailwaggers Country Inn went completely above and beyond to make sure he was happy and well cared for. It honestly felt like he had the most fun of his life while he was there. When my travel got delayed coming home, they were incredibly kind and even drove him back to my house and let him inside so he could be there waiting for me after my long trip. That meant so much to me. I 100% recommend Tailwaggers to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about your dog.

I rarely leave reviews, but people need to be aware of what they're walking into with 2nd Family…read moreDog. This has been one of the most frustrating companies I've ever had to deal with. Every single time I tried to schedule a groom or boarding, there were issues. What should have been a simple process turned into a drawn-out, frustrating experience with poor communication and no clear answers. To make things worse, after multiple attempts to get something scheduled, they claimed they "didn't like my tone" and refused to allow me to make a reservation at all. I've never experienced anything like that. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or help a customer, they chose to shut the door completely. Customer service is where they completely fall apart. Responses are slow, often rude or dismissive, and there's zero sense of urgency or accountability. It genuinely feels like they don't value their customers. At this point, it's hard to tell if they even care about having customers at all, let alone new ones. Do yourself a favor and avoid 2nd Family Dog at all costs. There are plenty of other businesses out there that will treat you with respect and actually make the process easy.
