Friendly staff, quick service, and tasty food…read more Came in with a large party of 20 people, so we were only able to choose between three burgers. I ordered the B.L.A.TCH, a fried chicken burger with avocado, bacon, relish, pickled onions, and arugula, which came with a large portion of house-made fries. The house-made brioche bun was soft and pillowy, the picked onions on the burger added a solid crunch, and the bacon was smoky. The chicken was good as well: the meat was moist, and the edges of the patty were crispy. Additionally, the fry on the chicken was light, which meant the burger wasn't very heavy. However, I thought the burger was missing a little something; the flavor was good, but nothing especially stood out to me. Personally, I feel that some sort of spicy or creamy sauce would enhance the overall taste of the sandwich. It could be that the relish on the sandwich is used to make this type of standout flavor, but I wasn't able to taste it. That being said, I enjoyed it, and it definitely filled me up. The fries were also great, lightly fried and lightly salted. I wish I had the option to try some other items on the menu, because they had some dishes that sounded delicious. To wrap it up, if you find yourself in Chamonix, definitely come and check this place out for some filling food and friendly, fast service!

The cheese is better, the meat is better, even the buns and fries are amazing! This place is a popular night spot. They have some awesome live music and really good crowds. We sat at a large table with some folks from the UK that were really fun chat with. The service was pretty good for how busy it was too! Drinks were refilled quick and food came out in a timely manner. They have some pretty good beers on tap too! Like I said above the burger was awesome. Perfectly cooked beef with amazing cheese. The fries and everything else were great too!

I ordered the pineapple express burger, which comes with chicken breast, onions, bacon, and pineapple. If each bite has all the flavors it tasted amazing cause the ingredients complimented each other very well. A few bites were OK if it only had like the chicken breast or something. There is also a Yelp check-in offer that gives you a complimentary free beer. The waiter accidentally charged me for that free beer, so make sure to check your bill! Service was okay as the doesn't patrol around much, so go to the bar to get their attention and pay your bill.

However, they were able to squeeze us in the first night without a reservation. They have a great (and smart) outside cold seafood bar. Service was professional and timely both times. 1. Warm and crunchy shell with a chilly creamy inside Overall, a great place with delicious food, fair prices and excellent service! I will definitely visit Chamonix again and will come here!

Ordered a pasta dish (sans ham), and my friends ordered the salmon and the veggie shepherds pie. I love how the menu is very authentically French. I enjoyed my pasta - tasted fresh and was well seasoned. I have to say though the show stopper and star was the dessert...oh man you need to get that blueberry mushroom. It's incredible. When I saw people ordering it I had to have it. It's a chocolate shell filled with cream, blueberry jam & cake...such a cute concept, well executed and tasted divine. Servers were prompt and friendly. Overall I had a nice experience here!

All items on the menu are very fresh and are made by a small kitchen staff. The food was good, a little pricey. Service was good but a little overworked since it is a busy place. The restaurant was very busy for the Wednesday night we ate here, nearly every table was full for every time slot. Yet many other restaurants in Cham were not busy. So La Petite is a very popular but small restaurant. If you are interested in coming to La Petite, please be sure you make reservations early in the evening as popular items on the menu sell out quickly. If you want to eat at a non-touristy real French Restaurant in Chamonix, I would recommend La Petite. Just be cautioned, you will not get hugh portions of cheese, dries meat and potato that Savoy specialty restaurants in Cham may provide. But what you do get is very fresh and very tasty.
