I ordered the B.L.A.TCH, a fried chicken burger with avocado, bacon, relish, pickled onions, and arugula, which came with a large portion of house-made fries. The house-made brioche bun was soft and pillowy, the picked onions on the burger added a solid crunch, and the bacon was smoky. The chicken was good as well: the meat was moist, and the edges of the patty were crispy. Additionally, the fry on the chicken was light, which meant the burger wasn't very heavy. However, I thought the burger was missing a little something; the flavor was good, but nothing especially stood out to me. Personally, I feel that some sort of spicy or creamy sauce would enhance the overall taste of the sandwich.
