Everyone in our party selected the 'daily special' options including parsnip soup, and herring salad as 1st course, 2nd course options included iberico pork over mashed potatoe with drzzled glaze, and fillet durade over mashed parsnip. Lastly, everyone selected the carousel dessert buffet rather than the formage cart. Both options had soooo many delicious items.
