The staff told me this is very normal for fresh mussels. I have cooked and eaten mussels my entire life -- today is the first time 1 out of every 5 mussels had a parasite inside. The soup was full of them. So what did I do? I went to another restaurant down the street today, ordered the same thing. I paid 16 euro versus 20 euro at Le Serac. Zero parasites. Stone is better for barbecue with fewer smoke. The restaurant was fogged with boiling cheese and it is a perfect place for people who like strong food after a thrilling day of skiing. However, be prepared to left here with hair and clothes smelling bad
