The store is clean, well-stocked, very organized - it's a store that is well-run. All the folks were so friendly AND helpful, and you could tell that they enjoyed being there (great attitudes & knowledgeable). Miriam (the young lady that helped us the most) is a ball of positive energy and was so helpful. She went over and above in every way. This store screams, positive vibes, great brands and helpful (not pushy) Associates. We tip our hat to the 3 Associates that were working, especially Miriam. We will be back bc of our total experience...which was heavily influenced by Miriam & team. Great experience.

I came in the other day with a hopeful exchange and was half expecting to be denied, as my 4 year old son had worn a pair of defective shoes for an entire day at the zoo before we found out that some plastic particle was wedged into the lining by the toe and I couldn't remove it. I had the receipt that they were only 2 weeks old, but acknowledged that there were already a few scuffs from little boy adventuring. The young man was as kind as could be and let me exchange the shoes without a problem. Thank you for taking care of your customers!

This DSW is at The Forum Peachtree Corners shopping center. Parking is free and plentiful,…read morealthough you may have to walk a ways to get to the store. I came to DSW just looking to see what they had in the way of flip flops. I know ... winter is the wrong time of year to be looking for them. But I found a pair that I liked for under $40. This was a decent price, but I can wait until they go on sale, especially since it's currently very cold outside and the weather isn't so good. DSW carries a lot of name brand nice quality shoes for everyone. However, the majority of the shoe selections are for women. Most of the shoes stocked in the store look like they are priced reasonably, about the same or less than the prices found in most department/retail stores. Shoes on display have nearby inventory; customers can find the size they need and try them on. At the rear of the sales floor is the clearance section where discontinued shoes or shoes with low/no inventory are grouped by gender and sizes. Different colored labels on the shoe boxes let customers know how much additional discount they can get. In addition to shoes, I saw lots of socks and some purses/bags. The issues that I saw was that employees were mostly in the front of the store at the registers, and the lack of price labels on shoe boxes. I didn't see any employees walking around asking customers if they needed any assistance. Also, I don't recall any price labels on boxes of the regular priced shoes. I had to look at the price sign next to the display shoe to find out the actual price. Other than those issues everything else was good.

Matias helped us and treated my dad like a rockstar! He was very knowledgeable and honest with us about which shoes really worked best for him. My dad picked the shoes he wanted right away- a little too fast. He walked around with his new shoes after we left the store and decided he wanted the half size smaller (which is what Matias suggested). I called the store to see if they had that size in stock. The person who answered the phone was so pleasant and tried to help me as best he could but eventually passed the phone to Matias. My dad ended up going back and switching them out for another pair and he said it was seamless and Matias was just as helpful with the exchange as he was with the sale. We will definitely be back to support this awesome store! Thanks for such a great shopping experience!

There are new store hours for now, as COVID has taken their normal hours to 12-7 daily. So I was glad I checked prior to driving up to the Mall of Georgia. Shannon Brown greeted me when I entered the store, asked if I needed anything. Was very helpful when I had items I wanted to purchase but try some more shirts that were on the Clearance rack. Seriously, I got a Reebok Shirt for $12. Normally, $55. So I would say that was pretty sweet. Look, most people that are shopping here have to because of their size or height. It doesn't have to be a bad experience, if you know what you're looking for and have an idea of how to get the most out of your trip to the store here. They mail coupons if you're a member of their shopping club, so use them when you can! Walked out of there spending about $140 with two pairs of shoes, some socks, some liners (for shoes), one Golf shirt and one pac man Tshirt. Not a horrible deal by any means. I'll be back- I hated shopping at the location in Chicago because of the taxes, and the very strict rules that they operated by. It's not easy these days to shop and stay safe Shannon did her best to make sure I felt comfortable and distanced safely from the other shoppers. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes, a new record for me, considering my wishy washy nature. Look for Shannon, ask for her help. You won't be let down.

At one point, you could always count on them for simple cotton shirts in the smaller sizes but now they seem to cater to a much larger client and the items did not seem to represent quality. I noticed that since I last visited a Lane Bryant store (several years ago), they have increased their undergarment selection and added shoes to their collection. I think that they really need to just stick with making quality garments so that they are able to compete with the many department stores that are now CRUSHING them when it comes to outfitting the larger woman.
