Dropped off 1 pant and 1 shirt! $20. My daughter dropped off 3 dresses and she was charged $150! The 3 dresses didn't cost that much brand new!! They don't have any price list anywhere! Never going back read more

I got home and started to put away my freshly dry-cleaned clothing only to find one of my garments ruined! They did not notify me of any issues upon pick up. I will not go back and am very concerned about integrity of this company. read more

I've been here three times now and the kid they have working there does nothing to help because apparently they dont train their people to know things of dryers and washers. I've asked to clean the filter in dryer because i put money in four times, had the heat on high and it still kept being wet. He got on the phone and then finally I asked if he knew how to do it He said"it doesnt need the filter cleaned". read more

Our washer died this week and the replacement will not be delivered for 14 days. I was dreading the trip to the laundromat. However, I was so very surprised by the wonderful friendliness of the worker (12/10 at 4:00pm) and the very clean machines and the surroundings. The worker cleaned every machine after someone used it. Wiping down all of the surfaces. Thank you for having such a clean business and friendly staff!! read more

First time ever using a dry cleaning service in my life. The lady at the counter had a bitter attitude when i came in. I brought a very expensive vintage jersey to get dry cleaned because i was planning on selling it. it was in great condition prior to them "cleaning" it. when i got it back the stitching is damaged and the colors in lettering and numbers is faded and has white spots in it. i will never step foot in this building again read more

While my laundry room was out of service I visited here 1-2x a week for about 3 weeks. I always managed to find enough washers and dryers. It's kept clean, the machines work and the staff are friendly. read more

I have been to Jenison Cleaners several times now and each time I have been impressed. The service has been friendly and prompt and the prices have been quite reasonable. They do alterations as well. The clip had come off of my dress pants and they were able to fix it in house, no problem. I will definitely be going back for my dry cleaning needs read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and will not return. I had an incident occur with an item I left, and I am even more upset about the service received than the item left for dry cleaning!!! The customer service is POOR, which was evidenced by upper management! The individual, who I met with is the owner's daughter; she said that she handles the money since her father is out of town. I was not provided a listening ear, empathy or care. I was provided defensiveness and talked at and not with. I stated that I would not return! She did not seem to care. I stated that I would not pay for the item. She said that no one leaves with an item unpaid. She called her father. She came back to me and said that she would take $3 off the price since they deserve to be paid for their work. At NO TIME was I asked, "What could we do to keep your business?" or "I am really sorry that this happened; we worked really hard, and I can see that you are upset. What can I do to resolve this matter?" Instead I was told that it did not matter that I did not return and the organization did not care that my item is ruined. I am astonished by this poor customer service. The item had been worn twice and never washed prior to bringing it to the dry cleaner. This was a high-end item from a high-end department store (Von Maur). When I attempted to pick up the item, I was told that the stain had not been removed. I am thinking - no problem, I understand that all stains cannot be removed. I looked at the item - it appeared to have been washed several times, the item was discolored and dingy. I expressed my dissatisfaction. The individuals, who I was speaking with, said several times that they would attempt to re-wash the item. I kept asking for someone to call me about the item, as the decision makers were not present, and stated that I did not want the item washed again since it was so dingy looking. I was very clear that I did not want the item washed again. The next day I received a voicemail message stating that the item could not be washed again (Great! Especially since I had emphatically asked for it not to be rewashed) as it had already been washed 4 times. When I returned the message, I explained that I had the exact item at home and my older item looks newer than the new item that was dry cleaned. I was asked to bring in the item, which I did. I met with the owner's daughter. This was a horrible experience...again, the work was defended, yet as the customer, I was not heard. By the verbal and nonverbal communication, it was clear that my business does not matter nor does my item. The only positive that I can say about the dry cleaners is that it is closed on Sundays observing the Lord's Day! read more
