This is my nails. I had acrylics on. I asked for a new set. Tiffany didn't listen she just shaved them down half assed and started putting new acrylic on. Well my old acrylic was an ugly yellow shade so that's why I asked for a new set. She the proceeded to get rude and used cuticle cutter to cut all my corners off and shove a fake nail under to PRY them off! I expressed she was hurting me an she didn't care nor stop. This went on for 45 mins. When she got the last one off I told her you have hurt me I'd like to pay for the removal and leave. She then told me I am not welcome back! Gel should be soaked!!

Although the service was speedy, I was disappointed to find that my gel nails began to peel after only about a week.

Charged me $90 for gel tips. Very rough, did not listen to what I wanted and I was very disappointed overall.

Abusive client service... Exorbitant prices. Salon is always empty... Now we know why.

When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted. Which-- isn't the case in other nail salons. The music was relaxing. There are live plants growing. The technicians all had a very kindly and upbeat personality. I immediately felt at ease. Instead of the typical waiting period, I was seated by a nail technician right away. I said I wanted to have the gel polish removed and have a standard manicure. She wasn't pushy in trying to upset me (which has happened at other places). She took the PROPER steps involved in removing the gel from my nails by wrapping the nail. Other places have ruined my nails, leaving a paper thin carcass behind, by only using the sanding/grinding machine. I was so grateful for her thorough and gentle removal! She took the time to clean up my cuticles, file to my liking, and massage my hands. Her painting was immaculate. Zero nail enamel on my skin. I was impressed - but then I was told today there was a discount being offered. HECK YES! Please do yourself a favor and check this place out. I've had a much more positive experience here than other Main Street nail salons. I'm definitely returning! Thank you!!

After a very disappointing visit to one of my local nail salons, this place was a breath of fresh air. The only negative is that they don't have a business in Havre!

I said, "Great!" and so I paid. Then I asked how the recipient should use the gift. The gal stated, "Tell her to come in & give your tel# and name. To make it easier & also to have something tangible to open on Christmas, I'd printed a screenshot of the business homepage & added my name & tel# (the info. they said to present @ time of service). On 12/27/25, we visited the location, dropping off the recipient & my daughter, while my buddy (her husband) & I left to kill time until they were done. When she presented the paper with my info on it, they insisted she pay for the services & disregarded the gift, tacitly implying a scam. I arrived & intervened to resolve the melee, showing proof of the charge on my phone. They finally located the gift card, in a sleeve, with my name & # on it. It was EMBARRASSING!! Misunderstandings and language barriers are a reality, which is expectable and tolerable, but the lady should have absolutely given the customer the benefit of the doubt & researched the matter before drawing errant conclusions and worse, levying false accusations. This sort of business practice is completely unacceptable, and furthermore, they lost a new customer. In fact, she wouldn't return if it were free...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three visits for the same service and repeated issues, I…read morefeel obligated to share my experience. I have been coming to Chic for about a year. My early experiences were good. This particular time, I came in for an acrylic overlay and polish change, something I have had done for all of my adult life, on a regular basis. From the beginning, the application was uneven and lacked basic attention to detail. My nails were like razors the first time. The worst part was within days, the polish began bubbling and peeling. I returned to have it corrected, only for the exact same issue to occur again shortly after. A few days later, it started peeling off again. Again the polish was ground off and reapplyed. This time the polish stayed on, but my nails began to break. By the third repeat visit, the condition of my nails had worsened significantly. It would stand to reason that after grinding off my polish twice, much of the acryllic was coming with it. Several nails began splitting at the nail bed and along the sides, and one nail broke completely in half. This level of damage is not consistent with normal wear and strongly suggests poor application, improper product use, or both. Instead of being concerned for the damage they had caused my nails or any desire to make it right, I was told they would fix just the two nails that were actively cracking across my nailbed. They weren't willing to do anything about the one that had broken in half or split down the side. I informed them that I would pay, I just wanted my nails fixed so they would stop breaking. I was then charged another $50 to "fix" the damage. In the process, I had to have a substantial portion of my nail length filed down to match the break, leaving me with shorter, uneven nails--at additional cost. It is going to take months for my nails to recover from what they did to them. What stands out most is not just the quality of the work, but the complete lack of accountability. At no point was there acknowledgment of the repeated issues, concern for the condition of my natural nails, or any effort to make the situation right, not to mention the amount of time I have had to spend over the last month with repeated trips. One of the techs tried to argue with me that they were only removing the polish and none of the acryllic while grinding my nails so that couldn't be why my nails were breaking. All they have to do is look at the front of their shirts, covered in white dust, to know that is a lie. After three additional visits, additional charges, and visible nail damage, this experience reflects a consistent lack of both technical skill and basic customer care.
