When I left, a red light came on in my dashboard -- the same one the worker reset. Once I got home, I discovered the real issue: they completely forgot to put oil in my car. I went back the next day, and they admitted it by sending someone to my home to check -- the car had ZERO oil. Their "solution" was offering 3 free services... like I would ever return after that. Because they let me drive 7 miles with no oil, my engine got damaged. On September 15, 2025 my car overheated and I paid $600 out of pocket. When I tried to speak with the owner, he was rude and blamed my car for being "old," even though it had never given me problems before. By September 19 it was leaking oil and I had to pay another $700. At that point the car was basically ruined. I ended up having to give up a car a month ago. I loved my car and they ruined it. They never took responsibility. They ruined my vehicle. I absolutely do NOT recommend this shop. I am teaching the receipt and a video showing that the vehicle didn't had any oil with the date that I visited the shop.

They did mention something about leaking transmission fluid, but when my mechanic checked it out, there wasn't anything wrong, but at least the employees here didn't try to be aggressive in having me take care of something at that moment (and I honestly don't know crap about cars so I don't even know if that is something they would even handle). The wait was a little longer since there were a decent amount of cars in line, and now I can see why. Next time around was with a primarily female staff, and they were a little more insistent on letting me know what needs to be addressed, which I should have made more clear that they didn't need to do so. The Good - Cook said the nail didn't fully puncture the tire and it didn't need to be replaced. So I appreciate the honesty for this part. 2. The Bad - Replacement of the front brakes. After a few months the brakes were still squeaking and I called to mention this and they said to drive the car longer and it will stop. A year later and they still squeak. I took the car to a mechanic for in inspection and was told that Cook used Oreilly brakes and did not use OEM BWM brakes. Cook did not offer it as an option. It is a 2022 BMW and the brakes the used are unsatisfactory. Had I known they would not use original parts or offer it, I would have had this service done elsewhere. I should have went to a BMW specialized mechanic.

Decided to go the following day, no appointment necessary, Armen said it would take maybe 30-45 minutes. I was ok with the time, planned on working while waiting. When I arrived, Greg was there and helped me, very friendly and took me right away. No wait. I started working on my computer and before I really got much done, he came back and my car was ready passed and cert. transmitted to the DMV, all less than 10 minutes. Out the door price with a $10 discount was $53. (As of Sept. 2025). Excellent service, fast service, straight forward reasonable pricing is a recipe for success.
