I kind of wonder if the previous location pulled one on me by saying I needed something when I might not of, but I didn't need to worry about that here. They did mention something about leaking transmission fluid, but when my mechanic checked it out, there wasn't anything wrong, but at least the employees here didn't try to be aggressive in having me take care of something at that moment (and I honestly don't know crap about cars so I don't even know if that is something they would even handle). The wait was a little longer since there were a decent amount of cars in line, and now I can see why. Next time around was with a primarily female staff, and they were a little more insistent on letting me know what needs to be addressed, which I should have made more clear that they didn't need to do so. I just want the oil changed. Overall, this is a decent Valvoline with a cool staff.

The staff here is noticeably young. But don't let that fool you, these young adults know their stuff and they are extremely efficient. I'm very appreciative of the quality of their work. I brought my SUV into Midas Beverly Hills in January 2026 to get rotors and pads done. I've only had to do this one other time in the entire time I've owned my car and I did that also at a Midas location, so I figured why not go there again, so I took it to the one closest to me in Beverly Hills. Everything was great, it was wonderful to have new brakes on my car, and that was the end of it up until a week ago when I was driving and all of a sudden my antilock breaking system engaged, which left the car immovable. It was towed to Midas Beverly Hills and I waited to find out what the potential damage was, literally and financially. I should also say that due to life happening, I lost not only my business, but my home in mid December, so since then I have been living in my truck, unfortunately. So you can imagine how scared I was that I would have to put more money into this vehicle (money I did not have). A Couple days later, I received a call that the car was ready to be picked up, but I was curious because no one ever called me to let me know what work needed to be done, so as I walked a couple miles to the shop, I was filled with dread at the potential money that it was going to take to get my car back. I arrived to find out that one of the bolts had snapped, which was the reason for the breaking system to engage. But, the warranty that Midas offers got my vehicle fixed at no additional charge, and I was free to go, literally! In this day and age, it's becoming harder and harder to find people that stand by their work, especially when it comes to automotive repair. So, you can imagine the relief I felt when I was told the car was ready to go, and there would be no charge. I have never used Midas for anything other than the two times I have gone to have my brakes worked on, but because of the care and concern of Midas Beverly Hills, they are now my mechanics. No good deed goes undone. **Thank you so much** to Joe, Kenneth, and Nacho, who treated me and my SUV with the kind of care and good workmanship that you would expect from a solid mechanic and auto repair shop. Flat tire Towed in Treated like a leper Rude to me and the Hertz CS lady on the phone. Seemingly pissed that I wouldn't just pay him $55 and get reimbursed, which is not how rental companies work. Don't expect much beyond that…read more I just moved to the area and wanted to stick with Jiffy Lube since I've used them in the Valley for 12 years and I assumed my vehicle history would be viewable in my profile, keeping one thing simple during the chaos of a move. I was very happy to see this location was a little slower than the one I previously went to as I was able to just pull up and not be in a que of vehicles. The check in and overall oil change was efficient and smooth. The person I spoke to was fine; not overly personable or friendly but did his job. What brings my overall experience down was that as I left the person handing the vehicle over asked if I paid; which is a totally valid question but something I've never been asked at any oil change shop since most times you're leaving the waiting room where you pay. I kindly said yes and hold the receipt up that was in my hand. He maybe didn't hear or see me hold the receipt up and asks me again if I paid and i say yes again. He doesn't acknowledge my response but instead starts to walk away but watches me suspiciously as I enter my car. That final interaction of feeling like I was being accused of not paying for the services is what makes my experience not the best.
