The employee said the black milk tea is made with Assam tea and it was pretty fragrant with a good balance of milk go tea but not really what I was looking for. I mean god there's not even a Kung Fu Tea in Baytown can you imagine though? I'll have to try more stuff off the menu, hopefully I'll find some extra drinks I like, they already have plenty of good products and smoothies and Vietnamese coffee and stuff like that. It's a pretty small space but they're good people and we really appreciate them. And if you want more rap, go back to the... top. Get it.

A little warm but that's to be expected in boba shops I've noticed. The staff were very sweet and worked fast on our orders. We got 2 large bobas for $15. Most are listed for about $5.50 for a regular size. so very good price wise. I ordered a chocolate milk tea w brown sugar boba. To my surprise they have their own version of brown sugar boba. good flavor just not the default brown sugar pearls like i like so i wasn't too into it. I'll probably go back and try something else since the menu was HUGE. So many options of teas, milks and fruit. Definitely something for everyone here. Nice quaint area , very quiet. Daboba is Mid County's latest installment of milk tea shops, specializing in brown sugar drinks…read morewith its soft opening launch. With the city of Beaumont (and Southeast Texas) slowly progressing towards Asian cultures, this brings a special place to my heart. Not long ago, there were times where Southeast Texas didn't have any reputable milk tea parlors. Albeit, Daboba did a below subpar job at marketing because no one in the community could have seen this coming. The interior is jaw-dropping. As seen in the pictures, it is very Japandi inspired with elements of bamboo styled wood and greenery spread throughout. I could definitely see myself studying here or hanging out with friends. I ordered the Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk. Aesthetically, this display of the drink is phenomenal. The roasted foam, phenomenal. The drink itself, phenomenal. My only "complaint" was the chewiness of the pearls or boba balls. It didn't taste as fresh as I would have hoped like it had been over or undercooked. Nonetheless, some people may like that particular texture and consistency. I do foresee growing pains at the Daboba, as they are very new to the scene but am hopeful and excited to see what they have in store!

One thing I didn't realize about this location is that it seems to be a popular spot for college students and people working on their laptops. There's tons of seating, and it seems like it would be a great place to meet up or get some work done, but most of the seats were full when I went. Today I went and the cup sizes look like they've gotten smaller, which, okay I understand if you want to save a little more money. We ordered two drinks (a taro milk tea with tapioca and a taro milkshake) and a bubble waffle. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THERE. WHY DID IT TAKE 32 MINUTES FOR OUR ORDER. We wanted to be in and out, and we usually are until today. I asked about the waffle and the lady said it's almost ready, takes 4 minutes to cook. Okayyyyy then why have we been waiting 30+? They said they started the order late because the PoS wouldn't print receipts, but good customer service means starting the order, not making your customers wait. One guy looked like he was confused and the lady kept running to hide in the back.
