Nice clean dining area, comfortable seating, courteous waitstaff, and absolutely delicious breakfast selections. I love all the country aesthetic decor; real down home feel. I enjoyed the waffle breakfast with the "very berry" style waffles. The berries were so fresh and they were more than happy to warm up my syrup (just say "hot syrup please"). What I love most was the sausage patties. Well seasoned and sized. The hashbrowns were just a tad bit on the cold side, but I just ate them and didn't make a fuss. Overall, this is a gem of a place and such an easy way to meet people and have a nice quiet cafe meal.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the website clearly states that the total order time is 5-15 minutes. Waiting nearly an hour for an order that should have taken 15 minutes is unacceptable. I understand that things can get busy, but this was a significant delay with no explanation. Definitely not the level of service I expected on a TO GO order!!!!!!!!!

2 Stars!!! The food…read moreis decent - The service is decent however there is one employee responsible for this rating ... Myra! Myra is a deplorable person. Hey Jesus Diaz (Manager) if you ever read this, Myra is the reason you're losing business and the sole reason I will never patronize your establishment again. It took investigative work to find out her name which she attempted to lie about, it took investigative work to find out that you Jesus Diaz was the manager because Myra loves to lie and tell people that she is in charge. If I had a vote I would vote for Tatiana or Isabell to be in charge because they have been nothing but spectacular which is everything Myra could never be. Myra loves to lie and make orders that don't adhere to the dietary constraints when customers order. She can kill someone with her antics. I usually come at night and had never seen her before but once coming across her I have nothing good to say about El Regio. Fire Myra! She's a stain on your company or her company if she gets to lying once again. It's truly sad because now I'd rather give my coins to the taco truck down the street. Really El Regio only deserves 1 star as long as Myra is associated with your establishment!
