Great service ! After that my mom lost her hair because of…read morechemotherapy, we were looking for wigs for long time. We got some syntactic wigs but those were purely made, specially inside cap was very annoyed my mom every time she was wearing. So I yelped and found AVERA in Pasadena, I called to asked some questions regarding the wigs and the material also I asked if they are providing wigs for cancer patients or not and Matt (very nice gentleman) answered over the phone to all my questions and scheduled in-person appointment for my mom. Our store visit was very positive experience because first Matt showed us the wigs inside differences and the quality, the synthetic and natural hair differences, the care instructions... also my mom had a chance to try several wigs to see which one was durable to her. About the store and service, it is a small store with few items on the shelves, usually they are receiving wigs every two weeks, also they have the custom made options which is little bit expensive. Befor visiting this store for a better service call them and make an appointment.

Matt said he understood her concerns and hoped she would return. We thanked Matt for his time and expertise. We were disappointed Joann didn't let us buy one, but we hope she will change her mind soon. I highly recommend Haute Tress for your hair replacement needs. Matt will assist you in choosing the best product with patience and compassion.
