The tone was nasty and totally unnecessary. It made the entire visit tense and uncomfortable, like we were a problem instead of customers. My aunt felt rushed and judged, and I felt like we could not even enjoy the process without being side-eyed. This was supposed to be a fun, supportive shopping trip and instead it turned into one of the worst store experiences we have had. We still bought two wigs only because we liked the styles, not because the service deserved it. If you value respect, avoid this place. There are plenty of shops that know how to treat customers without attitude.

I went on a Sunday afternoon to look for clip in extensions for an upcoming wedding and was not disappointed. I was helped by an older man who appeared to manage the nail shop next door. It didn't seem like he was super knowledgeable of the hair extensions since he works next door, but luckily I knew what I wanted. He actually matched my hair tone to some extension choices very well. He was polite and helpful throughout my visit. After helping me for less than ten minutes I found exactly what I needed. I was very surprised they offered ombre style clip ins so those are what I bought since my hair is blonde balayage/ombre. I tried them on at home and the quality of the clip in hair extensions are amazing! I can't wait to style and wear them to the wedding.
