Engaging his service was so easy - based on our communications via Yelp, I just sent him my granite slab receipt, he picked it up, cut it to size, came on time, did a precise demo (minimal mess, no dust clouds in my kitchen), then custom fit and installed my new countertop. He even cleaned up the other countertops in my kitchen and sealed them all up so everything matched and looked great! It was beautiful, better than I was expecting! And he cleaned up the floors of any dust from the work. Once everything was complete, only then did he take payment for the job. He is really fantastic, I really appreciated his attention to detail in making all the lines straight, clean and tight, and he just does such professional work at a reasonable price. Because the tiles were a non-standard size (18.5" x 18.5"), finding a ready-made replacement in stores was impossible. Even worse, none of the hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) were willing to cut a larger tile for us. We found Jose on Yelp, saw his amazing reviews, and reached out. It was the best decision we could have made! Jose responded to our inquiry right away and was ready to help us out, suggesting we pick out a tile from Floor & Decor for him and his team to cut. Then, to our complete surprise, he and his team member Jonathan offered to drive out to our place to handle the cut and installation themselves. The cherry on top was that they refused to charge us for it, insisting it was just a minor job and they were happy to help. Not only were they very generous, but they were also didn't rush the job at all. They took their time, patiently measured the tile, and executed precise cuts to ensure a perfect fit. Not only did they save our table, but their work actually made it look even better than it did originally! It is incredibly rare to find this level of kindness, professionalism, and pride in one's work. If you need any tile work done, do yourself a favor and hire Jose and his team.
