I appreciate that he took his time and made small talk to make my kid feel comfortable (he's a pops himself he shared); he was super patient the whole time and when my kid would suddenly look a different way or keep shifting, he quietly worked with the flow! My kid can be sensitive but felt comfortable and calm sitting through a 45 min appt. To even help with the height/age diff from the usual client, at one pt Zack pulled together a custom sitting (skate)board on top of the booster seat pad to make sure he would be able to cut at the right height and angles. Reasonably priced for Reno cuts. And, more importantly, Zack genuinely cared to make sure the cut looked good!

Rodrigo has done intricate designs in fades, curly styles and longer styles for my boys and they always come out wonderful. The last time we went, one of my sons became sick to his stomach out of the blue. It was incredibly embarrassing, but Rodrigo and his team handled everything with such professionalism. They entertained my youngest son while I tended to my sick child, refused to let me clean anything up and never once made us feel bad about the situation. You won't find a better place to get a haircut, or more caring people.

I got ready early, but 30 minutes before the appointment my car battery died out of nowhere. I called him immediately to explain and asked to reschedule for any day he had open. Instead, he told me to book with someone else and pay another $70. And honestly how could I have given a 4-hour notice for an unexpected dead battery? I told him the second I found out. Now I'm out $70 and still dealing with a dead car. This is exactly what's wrong with some barbers in Reno no understanding, no COMMUNITY , just money.
