We were immediately greeted as we walked in and taken to our table. We ordered the full experience and were very impressed with the beef options and salad bar. I especially enjoyed the lox and apple salad. Upon use of our flip card, we were promptly served a series of meats. There was no wait at all. One our servers, Katie, shared that she works there now as she came as a patron and was so impressed with how well the service ran that she knew she wanted to work there. We observed that as well. Everyone knew their jobs, everyone was incredibly aware of patrons, and they anticipated your needs before you had to ask for anything. At one point while we were away from our table, our server reset/cleaned up our table! One server used a crumber to clean our table later in our lunch. The restaurant is large, a bit dark, but well laid out. We were thanked for our visit and even asked if there was a special occasion we were celebrating. It's was terrific both times. The steak fingers are not quite as good as the Dixie Maid over in Paducah, but they are far above ones I've had any place else. My family enjoyed their meals, as well. I think they had cheeseburgers, a ham club, and a Philly sandwich. The service is great. Friendly. Personable. What you'd expect from a small town non-chain. It's got a good atmosphere. And I think every single song playing in the background was a 10. We hope to go back in person again.
