I actually brought a friend in for a consultation (referring new business to them), and while we were there, I asked to add a few units of Botox to my own visit. Despite already being in the office, I was told I'd have to make a separate appointment. Between the hidden expiration dates and the unwillingness to accommodate a loyal client who is actively referring others, it's clear this office values rigid internal rules over patient relationships. Retreat! Oh what a retreat!…read more Last October Shanna and Loni held a fabulous playful and introspective woman's retreat in Phoenix Arizona. It was there that seven woman would share a home together for a five days. We would unwind from the outside world, travel to Sedona, experience a vortex, rest, relax and play. All the while getting to know one another, and simultaneously being granted time to process on our own, and during check ins. Our needs were of the top most priority, and we were well taken care of in all regards. We were graciously offered meditation and movement classes in the mornings (which were wonderful, perfectly tailored to our needs, and fun) and although we had an itinerary planned, and adventures we would go in, it felt easy going each day, and all we had to do was show up and say yes. Yes to a new experience in a new place, and more over, yes to our Mind, Body, Spirit connection for what ever the universe presented to us. Mind: We were engaged in playful activity through games, sharing stories and laughter which lead to open hearted conversation, going within while remaining willing to be present, staying supportive of our new network of sisters and holding mindful space for everyone as the beautiful unique individuals we are. Body: We hiked in numerous locations, sang, swam, soaked, slept, and danced! We ate delicious and lovingly prepared nutritious meals. And were offered Massage, Reiki, and Tibetan Cranial. Spirit: Sedona's Bell Mountain shared a vortex with myself and many of the other woman. This was a spiritual experience in which I am still learning to understand and unpack it from time to time. The retreat was so well rounded. I highly recommend a retreat with Natural Body Works. Shanna and Loni work very well together, and ensure safe and centered heart-space in which to come together, go within, and get to know our inner playful selves in order to more readily access our joy. I am so grateful to have shown up and said yes, yes to my Mind, Body, and Spirit, but mainly yes to myself so I could fully receive the gifts being presented to me through my many interactions with a great group of woman. I wish to have a full examination for skin cancer. Instead the resident looked at the spot on my right arm took a scrape biopsy. and told me I should have the results within two weeks. No one ever called. A month later I called them and was told oh yes, it is cancer. Then they wanted to make an appointment for me to come in and have it removed. Has I felt everything in the clinic was hokey and weird I wasn't gonna. Have them do anything further. I went to a different dermatologist who did do a complete full body exam. Frontier never responded to the new dermatologist with any information on my appointment with them or results from my appointment with them. My results within the new dermatologist . I had numerous spots on my face arms chest. They treated them with surgical remover removal on several spots. Now I receive a letter from frontier dermatology, wanting me to sign a release for them that I refuse treatment. I refuse treatment. I went elsewhere to a real dermatologist. Personally, I felt this office was unprofessional from the time I checked in till the time I left. I tried to call them in the morning of my appointment for information to their clinic. nobody answered the phone you go to a answering service in Salem that wasn't even opened yet for the day. I'm telling you this was a very hokey appointment. I would never recommend frontier to anyone. There are plenty, good professional dermatologist find one because you're not going to see one at frontier dermatology. Possibly the doctors there are good but my appointment was doctor and I didn't get to see a doctor. I saw a resident. I was in a chair in a room that was cramped and a lot of stuff was going on that had nothing to do with me. We all be very careful these days with our health choices and the professionals we choose to trust. Be very careful if something doesn't feel right go find a different doctor.
