Needless to say, when the time came, Robin Petersen could not offer his assistance, nor speak to us in person nor on the telephone to provide us options. The reason he stated was a conflict of interest because he also planned the second spouse's estate. So, we had to enlist the help of another attorney who straightened things out, but when he asked Robin Petersen for a certification of guardianship for the trust, he couldn't help us, again citing COI. Why would an attorney do that, unless he made an error and won't apologize for it? Do yourself a favor and get another attorney who won't cause you to pay twice (or more).

I hired Nathan Maloon to represent me under the condition that he brought a video which contained that evidence from the phone call. He did not bring that video or use it in the case which led to me spending 15,000 more dollars so because he did not adequately defend me using direct evidence against the witness now I had to spend 15,000 more dollars. It seems that this may have been intentional seeing as how I literally hired him on the contingency that he brought this video to trial and then he did not. They did not give me a break on price. They overcharge the shit out of me about $400 for an hour worth of work did not give me adequate representation and when I brought this up to the owner of the law firm, he attacked me and still didn't give me any kind of a break on the price despite not getting what I paid for at all! They have overcharged me time and time again they Tresspass has cost me over $22,000. That is insane! These people do not care about you. They care about stealing your money and that is all they care about! Even the receptionist have told me she sees the corruption there!
