So please do yourself a favor, keep your hard earned money and go with someone who is legit and a bit more professional. The process started off fine. I paid half of the fee up front which she wanted cash of course. No problem, paid, paperwork sent over and I filled it out. I sent it back to her which she acknowledged and said that she would review it. I never heard back for a while, I figured she's busy or whatever ill give it a bit. I get an email saying her website service was down blah blah blah but now everything is good. I sent another email asking about sending in the next payment, I get no response. A few more messages and no response. Phone calls, no response. I finally took to Facebook and messenger, which I never got a response but it must have sparked attention as I got a reply. She offered a refund. I responded with sure please send it back. No réponse. More calls and emails, no response. After a day or two I get a response form her saying that she won't refund. Claiming that she reviewed my stuff and other BS but she would be happy to finish the process. She continues to use the down email server as an excuse, but she keeps forgetting that she replied back AFTER the issue was resolved and not just once. How the hell am I going to trust someone to finish a process and send them more money after all this? No way. I'm a bit worried that she has personal documents that has my info on it. Not that she can get anything out of me, hey that's why I was going to use her service to file bankruptcy! A report is being filed with the local police to cover any cyber crime/ID theft. They don't take this lightly. Venmo who we used to make the first transaction has been alerted and is looking into it as well as my bank. I told her I wasn't going to go away, and I won't. If this review helps one person hold on to their hard earned money, then I will feel better. Please don't make the same mistake, take the time to research a person or business, especially if they are the owner of it. The more I dig, the more I find.
