Never again! You'd think they were working for the other side the way they fail to truly protect or…read morefight for your interest. You'll end up with a bunch of debt while they profit from your real pain. Don't do it! Their attorneys will schedule meeting with you and not show up. Imperative details about your case will not be discussed until the last minute with less than even 24 hour notice sometimes. I've never had to go through anything like this before and the attorneys that were supposed to protect me just saw me as another number and profited from keeping me on the line as they continued to collect fees... only to do absolutely nothing for me in the end. My advice.... find a firm that doesn't view you as just another number. You'll truly live to regret it if you don't.

Unprofessional and uncaring!…read more Overall Poor I do not recommend David Gorewitz. I was referred to atty David Gorewitz from the Florida bar. I called the office for a consultation and was extremely upset afterwards. The receptionist answered the phone on speaker, so much for confidentially, and she and another person, man, began laughing when hearing my experience. It was not a funny story to be laughed at. When I asked what is so funny a man quickly picked up the phone and began his utterly unprofessional, uncaring, condescending and belittling "consultation". I asked his name, never to be answered, then finally told to find another attorney and he hung up on me. I would not recommend this office, as it may not have been David Gorewitz, but it was at least his staff that could not care to be polite let alone helpful to people in need.

The appointment was made through his very polite and efficient legal secretary, Anita I believe. My appointment and interview was handled very professionally and today I am glad to say he is very much on his way dealing with my legal matter. David is a very tough and scrappy kind of guy and I had interviewed with two other Law firms before I had settled on the Gorewitz Law Firm. David was a good fit for me and I soon became very comfortable that I was in good hands. I have a ways to go ,however, I could not feel any more convinced that I am in good and competent hands. I would recommend the firm to anyone who needs good solid legal advice. I think it is important to understand I could have hired any number of much larger law firms, however, I had learned that bigger and more lawyers does not mean better representation. To whom this may concern. Last year my wife was rear ended…read moreby a Uber eats driver in Cocoa Florida 32955. The driver had just made a delivery 12 minutes before the accident and was on app waiting for another delivery. The policy limits on progressive was $50,000 considering he was off delivery mode and waiting for another call. Had the driver been actively delivering at time of accident the $1 million dollar policy applies. Progressive agreed immediately to the lesser coverage. We then contacted Ray Hornstein with Morgan and Morgan to represent us in a personal injury lawsuit. They led us to believe we may be eligible for the higher policy limit and they immeadiatly sent us to their doctors for an exam and surgery. We were not informed of the cost of these surgeries prior to this, nor did we receive anything from health providers billing dept during the entire 14 month delay. Then, we started getting bills through our attorney for the amount of $240,000. We were led to believe a higher medical cost will bring a larger settlement. Once again, we imformed Ray Hornstein from Morgan and Morgan that the Uber driver was online but off delivery mode. Ray called 3-4 times in a 13 month period telling us everything is going well and to just relax. Several months later Ray called to say the case had no traction and that wasn't going be any financial recovery. He stated that if we sign off on the $50,000 check he was holding that all the $240,000 debt would just "Go away" and that "you got your back fixed". This was unacceptable for us and immediately fired Mr. Ray Hornstein from Morgan and Morgan Melbourne office for suspicious activity and unethical business standards. He then politely threatened to place 2 liens on the $50,000 draft that YOU would pay without hesitation. We do not want any fund's released to anybody and are requesting a full investigation be launched into this unfair and corrupt business tactics.
