However, upon my first encounter with Dr. Saldino, he recognized my condition immediately and repaired my issue within months. For the first time in 15 years, I was able to walk without hurting. I recovered quickly and he called me from his home over the weekend just to make sure I was healing good and not in any pain. Although it has been many years since my surgery and I currently need a new one, my surgery lasted much longer than I anticipated. After reviewing my medical record, I noted documentation stating that "her symptoms seem to be out of proportion to her complaints and presentation" and that I was "agreeable" to the plan of care. This characterization was not communicated to me during the appointment and does not reflect my experience of the visit. I expressed concerns about my symptoms and pain and was in visible discomfort, and I did not provide agreement beyond acknowledging the information presented. As a patient, I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not fully cared for. I expected clearer communication, accurate documentation, and greater transparency from a spine center.

Family member went with foot pain after first appointment she was prescribed a medical boot. They…read morewere out of her size and we had to go to a pharmacy and get one. At the next visit the "dr" asked if her foot still hurt. The answer was yes and they advised that they had to get approved for insurance to do an MRI. That was the extent of the visit. When she was leaving they tried to charge her for the boot we bought somewhere else. We waited over a week and called and asked what the deal was and the later advised that insurance denied the MRI and wanted her to do 2 weeks PT and they would send a request and the PT office would be in touch. I called a month later after hearing nothing form anyone but received a bill for the appointment that nothing was done at I called and asked for the 40$ co pay to be dropped because we did not receive proper treatment and it was denied by the "billing manager " so I asked to speak with the administrator and he said no and eventually hung up on me I then called the administrator and he advised that the bill stands even though there was really no patient care or advocacy shown.
