I was scheduled expecting to see the orthopedic surgeon, but my appointment was changed to a physician assistant without prior notice, and I did not see the surgeon. After reviewing my medical record, I noted documentation stating that "her symptoms seem to be out of proportion to her complaints and presentation" and that I was "agreeable" to the plan of care. This characterization was not communicated to me during the appointment and does not reflect my experience of the visit. I expressed concerns about my symptoms and pain and was in visible discomfort, and I did not provide agreement beyond acknowledging the information presented. As a patient, I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not fully cared for. I expected clearer communication, accurate documentation, and greater transparency from a spine center. read more

Factory workers and you are an assembly part on a conveyor belt. You are there to produce money and you do not matter. Dr. Lin office staff do not care and even as an established patient w/insurance once you've seen the surgeon you do not see them again unless they decide not you so be prepared on your one special visit. Health or care is not what they do. The severity of your injury or disease play no part in their process. read more

I went in February 26th and was cleared for surgery after a month of not hearing from them I messaged them about it they said it was hospital responsibility to get prior authorization. I called hospital and my insurance left several messages at the office it's the doctor office responsibility to get prior to do the surgery kept getting the run around. I then left message for office manager still no response. I contacted a new doctor and on April 18th she finally called told me my insurance was not in network which I knew was a lie I had already spoke to my insurance. read more

My husband was going to try Longview Regional orthopedics to see if they would help with his back and get him the surgery he needed. Instead, they wanted to continue with injections in which he had been doing for 1.5 years. We even tried to switch doctors in this group to only be told they would review the case and call us back. They never called us back and have never reached out anymore to us. read more

I am or was a patient of Dr. Ogunseinde and I absolutely loved my treatment with him but he abruptly left the clinic as of July 11th 2025. I was sent a letter from the executive director of the clinic stating that my on going care wouldn't be interrupted in any way and I could choose from any of the 5 remaining people to continue my care. That could not be further from the truth, from everything to trying to get an appointment to just getting a call back has been met with opposition. I spoke with the office manager and she's the most obtuse uncaring person I've ever had dealings with in medical matters. She scheduled an appointment for me then took me off the schedule and told me she'd notify me when she could get me back on schedule, only to find out she's refusing to let me see the doctor of my choosing. PATIENT'S HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE THEIR OWN DOCTORS, NOT OFFICE MANAGERS!!! This whole experience not only has been disturbing due to the nature of a beloved doctor's immediate exit, but then to couple that with unprofessional and unethical treatment from the office manager, it's too much. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place for treatment of an animal much less a human being. If you are looking for a spine doctor, I would recommend seeking help elsewhere. A doctor can be the most renowned surgeon in the world but if his staff is sub-par so will your treatment be. read more

They have the worst office and customer service I've ever experienced. Waited over 30 min to talk to scheduling. Dr Joshua Russell MD gets 5 stars - he is highly skilled and has a great bedside manner. He has genuine and caring personality... The x-ray techs get 4 stars. read more

Really comprehensive clinic! Short waiting times, excellent Physicians and kind staff.

On both of my visits I was seen on time! The staff is very friendly. One man was turned away because he didn't have the required mask. He was rude, and I felt sorry for the people who had to deal with him. But they remained polite and tried to be helpful. Once again Breann Hart explained what was going on and how I needed to treat the problem. This is the second time she has helped me, resolved the issue and caused the pain to stop. A huge thank you!!! A huge thank you to all of you for working during this difficult time. I noticed a couple of people not only stepping past the marked spot on the floor but leaning over the counter!! It must be very frustrating yet you remain friendly and professional. read more

My husband injured his arm last August while out of town. Dr. Russell did the surgery in mid-September and we are so thankful we found him. This could've been a devastating, lifelong injury and the delay in fixing it didn't help. But three months later, he was using it pretty close to what he could do prior other than heavy lifting as it was still healing. Dr. Russell and his assistant are truly the best. We rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to get in, the Dr. answers every question and explains everything so a novice can understand and his follow-up network of physical therapists has been precisely what was needed. He's almost 100% at this point and we are extremely satisfied. read more

The doctors, Fontenot, Stanley and Stanley the PA, their MA's have been wonderful, compassionate and always very caring about their patients and families. The front end receptionist's are usually very helpful except for one who has a tendency to be snarky on a good day and today it was over the top passive aggressive as I came in for an appointment at 8:40 am. I was early and gave my name and was promptly asked if I got a phone call letting me know that clinic would not start until 10 am. I said no, I did not get a call. I explained that I work overnight (11 pm- 11 am/ 7 pm - 7am today and that I could not wait until 10 am because I have to sleep. The receptionist stated that "I have an attitude because I can't wait until clinic and that I can reschedule if I want." I let the receptionist know that I have a blood clot in my leg and she asks for my name, she did not listen when I gave my name before telling me that clinic didn't start until 10 am. I again asked when PA Stanley had an opening and she states "Friday at 9 am!" I'm irritated now because how can I come in on Friday at 9 am when I work 11 pm until 11 am? I asked about seeing Dr Stanley and she immediately said "He's booked out for weeks!" I left before stooping to the rudeness myself and possibly saying something actually rude. There was no attempt to look other than the impossible time of the Friday 9 am appointment and she did not feel that my having a blood clot in my leg was anything to worry about. I work in corrections out of town and had to leave my job this morning 3 hours early to go to this appointment. I have to turn around and go back to work at 7 pm tonight to make up for my leaving early today. Staying was not an option. If you are going to disregard the common courtesy of having your many staff call the patient and let them know that our appointments are null and void/disregarded please actually call and cancel/reschedule so I am not wasting my time with a snarky receptionist (long black hair). all one has to do in any medical office is state you dont have your copay. that will tell you that they are all about, profit and not patient care. 40 years of experience with orthopeadic, orthopedic doctors, clinics, etc have destroyed my trust in the system. they see me as a dollar bill. the one thing i do not understand is that they will make 10's of thousands of dollars off my insurance, but will send me away when i state i have'nt my copay. it tells me everything. time magazine, cover, many years ago investigated the spinal surgery industry, it was about money, thousands of unnecessary surgeries costing 50k and up paid by your insurance. and they are worried about a $45 copay. sad. i wont go back. how can i trust that they are concerned about me rather than their potential profit. $45 frickin dollars. read more
