I recently needed the services of this ambulance service to transport my nephew to Longview Regional Hospital. The young man, Russel, stayed on the phone with me until the EMS arrived. Even though I am an old retired RN, I was caring for my very ill family member and I appreciated him staying with me until they arrived and offering suggestions on what to do. Taking care of strangers, one does not need prompts, but a relative is entirely different. EMS arrived in a very timely manner-three strong young men. They were all needed as it is impossible to get a stretcher in our house. They literally carried him out to the stretcher, loaded him and transported him to the hospital.
