Didn't care for him. His staff was nice but he is arrogant and rude. Changed doctors.

Dr. Burling and the P.A. Beverly Springstead are awesome. Personal, quality service. Have used them for my whole family.

My first visit with Dr. Mark Quiring, I waited outside 1 1/2 hours calling his office with no…read moreanswer. Called the office the following Monday and the staff told me their answering service had been shut off. For the next 2 months, no one answered the phone and I had to leave a message. When I and my husband needed our blood pressure medicines it would take 2 to 3 weeks before they would call it in. The staff told me their fax machine had been down for 2 weeks. I finally had the office manager call me back and she sent the prescriptions while I was on the phone with her. He is very quick to prescribe expensive medication (either what is not covered under your plan or a high tier medication. They never call you with blood test results, you have to call them. He sent me to a lab quest to get an x-ray on my knee and 2 months later when I went into his office he noticed he had not received my results and said he needed to order it from the lab. I have yet to find out what the results were, that was 3 weeks ago. Some days they are open and some days at odd times they just close up shop. I needed a doctor that would take my health care seriously. I had 3 days of NP Thyroid med's left (which is not covered under my insurance plan). I had to buy 10 tablets at CVS for $30.00. A 90 day supply with me paying out of pocket was only $58.00. I do not recommend him.

We talked to the staff 3 times, left that many messages, no return calls and no results. I finally was able to talk to the office manager, who had an attitude, and told her we had a legal right to his records and blood test results, she seemed unaware of that fact, and I had to explain it to her. She assured me she would mail them immediately. Its been 2 weeks, and of course no records! Next call will be to Medical Board of Texas. It's a shame because my husband did like the Doctor.
