Called the office the following Monday and the staff told me their answering service had been shut off. For the next 2 months, no one answered the phone and I had to leave a message. When I and my husband needed our blood pressure medicines it would take 2 to 3 weeks before they would call it in. The staff told me their fax machine had been down for 2 weeks. I finally had the office manager call me back and she sent the prescriptions while I was on the phone with her. He is very quick to prescribe expensive medication (either what is not covered under your plan or a high tier medication. They never call you with blood test results, you have to call them. He sent me to a lab quest to get an x-ray on my knee and 2 months later when I went into his office he noticed he had not received my results and said he needed to order it from the lab. I have yet to find out what the results were, that was 3 weeks ago. Some days they are open and some days at odd times they just close up shop. I needed a doctor that would take my health care seriously. I had 3 days of NP Thyroid med's left (which is not covered under my insurance plan). I had to buy 10 tablets at CVS for $30.00. A 90 day supply with me paying out of pocket was only $58.00. I do not recommend him.

We talked to the staff 3 times, left that many messages, no return calls and no results. I finally was able to talk to the office manager, who had an attitude, and told her we had a legal right to his records and blood test results, she seemed unaware of that fact, and I had to explain it to her. She assured me she would mail them immediately. Its been 2 weeks, and of course no records! Next call will be to Medical Board of Texas. It's a shame because my husband did like the Doctor.
