I have mixed feelings on this location as we were sent here to see an endodontist about a possible…read moreroot canal. After some testing they said it was not needed and we were sent back to our dentist to see about a crown. After doing the initial work to get the crown including the temporary there was still pain and the dentist has decided to send us to a different endodontist for the root canal that they still feel is necessary. On our visit there was construction going on and accessing the parking lot was a real problem as there was only one lane in and out. Since no dental work was actually performed I can not comment on the quality of service offered here. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

Extremely disappointing experience. I came in with an active abscess, and for months this office…read morecouldn't figure out how to process the warranty funds from my previous dental work. Every appointment was the same confusion and delays, even though everything was documented in my chart. Today I waited almost an hour between the lobby and the chair, only for Dr. Bernal to refuse to treat me and say she did not want me as a patient while I still have an active infection. No explanation, no alternative, nothing. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. The office manager did absolutely nothing to help or acknowledge the situation. Honestly, she should be replaced. Margarita, on the other hand, was the only person who actually cared, communicated, and tried to resolve the issue. She should be the one managing that office. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

**UPDATE** I was…read morecontacted immediately after the review regarding the matter to be informed that changes have been made and they now allow for 2 parents/guardians with the children and they were under construction at the time. Construction has been finalized and they now have more space to accommodate more parents. I was very happy to hear this since I did love the staff and dentists. I have scheduled appointments for my kids again and hope to continue with no issues here. Thank you. I had a horrible experience the last time I went with my 4 kids. I usually have no issues but on this particular day I went with my 4 kids and my mom. My youngest is 2. My mom always comes with me because they are alot to handle especially my little one. This day the office manager said only one person was allowed in with the children. Which makes no sense. I asked to speak to her and she was not listening, very much rude and just repeating over and over that only 1 person was allowed. It was very unreasonable. My little one cried and screamed the whole time because he did not want to be parted from my mom and I had to carry him while he tried to jump out of my arms for the entire visit and he was extremely loud and inconsolable. Even the staff tried to plead with the office manager to allow my mom to come in and help while I had to deal with my 4 kids. I did my part. I brought help to make my situation manageable and the office manager was horrible and used no discretion. She was extremely unreasonable. I wanted to file a complaint but I was given no information or contact for their main department where I could do so. To this day no one has reached out regarding the situation and I like the dentists and even the staff. Office manager is the only issue I have ever had but it was a big one. This needs to be made right.

Asked what the hold up was they said they are waiting on the insurance information. I filled out the insurance information a week and a half ago. Upon arrival they still needed the insurance information. Spoke to the lady at the front desk and told her to just call me when it comes in and we can reschedule. Well then she said oh it just came in. We continued to wait 30 more minutes and never got called. I can't say how the treatment actually is because we never made it that for. Another thing I noticed MAJORITY not all of the parents just let there kids do whatever in the lobby from throwing toys etc. If you go here bring plenty of patience.
