I've been to Dr Park's office several times. I was there today after a two year hiatus. They were very professional and did an excellent job. My wife also went and they have her scheduled for a crown. Why did I go to Dr Park? He uses the Cerec process for crowns. I've had both the standard and Cerec process and there is no comparison. On my first visit, Dr Park immediately identified a problem that my previous dentist missed... the grinding of my teeth when sleeping. He recommended a plastic appliance to prevent further damage. I was shocked at the cost, but talked to a good friend of mine who is a dental hygienist. She stated that the cost quoted was not out of line. I'm sorry others had a bad experience, mine was significantly different (and much better). read more

Dr Park is very gentle & knowledgeable. I need a lot of work & he & his wonderful staff were able to accomplish more than I thought in my first visit. The office staff is very friendly & helps one feel very relaxed & comfortable. I'm glad I was referred to them & I found a great dentist! read more

This Doctor Park and the receptionist only care about MONEY and not about patients' health and that is why so many people die off in the United States because being sick is a business. They don't believe in prevention all they care about is making money as if it can give you real happiness. This Doctor Park did not want to write me a prescription for my gums because I was not "current." If you have seen me within a year, examined me, took x-rays of my mouth, then hello? I am a current patient of your practice; therefore, all this "current" argument is B.S.! I do NOT see the dentist & doctor as if I'm going to school. I do not have to keep anything "current." They are not Immigration. The refusal to write the prescription is about him not getting money for an office visit. So basically, I cannot get the prescription if I don't come in for an appointment even though I did that already. If I had insurance or was employed it would not be such a big deal but that is not the case. What they do in this country is hold an individual to RANSOM for things that one needs. When I do get some money, I will not be going back to this Doctor Park's practice. I want to find dentists that actually care about what's going on with your teeth and gums and want to help you address those issues and not ones who want to gouge you for money or hold you to ransom. I do NOT recommend this Dentist or his practice. read more

Dr.park is up to date with all the latest equipment, he really makes sure you as a patient are truly happy with the results he gives. Dr.park and his office take the time to handle all of your needs as a patient I would recommend this off to anyone, that is if you are looking for a wonderful honest doctor who isn't trying to drive your bill up, Dr.park has always treated me with compassion and respect i couldn't be more pleased. I recently broke my front tooth and had to make an emergency appointment with Dr. John I Park, D.M.D. I thought I needed to have my tooth pulled out. His staff was very friendly and treated me like a person, not a number. Dr. Park made me an in office crown called a Cerec. The appointment went by fast and I left his office able to smile again. I am very pleased with Dr Parks' ability to make his patients feel comfortable and his dental work is outstanding! No one will ever know my tooth has a crown on it. read more

They fit so well that I literally had to remind myself that I was actually wearing dentures. If and when I would ever need new dentures, I would nit hesitate to go there again. When my wife was given a bill for over 5000 dollars for an ongoing dental plan, she ripped it up while being told that removing the bit would "have to be scheduled out". she had her phone under her arm and it dropped out from under her arm and this woman, who was pregnant and not showing accused her of throwing her phone at her. they then called the police on my wife. the officer talked to my wife and since they obviously couldn't prove intent the officer closed the report. this is truly appalling service, as the previous care here was good for my young daughter. but this experience will definitely prevent us from coming to this location again. the lack of empathy at this location for dental pain is appalling and if you want a doctor that is empathetic to your needs you should definitely go somewhere else. it should not matter what your previous care is, you are at a dentist and they should take care of you, not force a 5000 dollar bill on you.

What I got was... an experience. Let's break it down. Lounge Area 10/10 on aesthetics. The waiting area is beautifully decorated, the chairs are comfortable, and the music was great. It felt more like a trendy lounge than a dental office. Clean, modern, thoughtfully designed. Honestly, if vibes could clean teeth, this place would be elite. Receptionist Hillary at the front desk was fantastic, friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. First impressions matter, and she absolutely delivered. Other Staff The team seemed happy and upbeat. At one point it felt like karaoke hour in the best way. You can tell the staff enjoys working together. The energy is light and positive, which is refreshing in a dental setting. Bathroom Clean and well-maintained. No complaints there. The Exam Process Here's where things shifted. The exam involved an excessive number of photos from multiple angles, tools holding my mouth open, extended time under bright lights. I understand documentation is important, but there was little explanation during the process. When I asked questions about what was going on, the responses felt vague and rushed. Then came the big reveal. The Diagnosis & Treatment Plan Instead of receiving the routine cleaning I scheduled, I was told my teeth were in poor condition and that I needed a more involved (and more expensive) procedure not covered by my insurance. The conversation felt less like healthcare guidance and more like a sales presentation. The focus seemed to shift toward upselling rather than addressing my primary reason for coming in. Dr. Carolina Londono did not come across as reassuring or transparent to me. Trust is huge in healthcare, and I simply didn't feel it in that moment. Second Opinion The next day, I went to my previous provider for a second opinion. Completely different experience. They disagreed with the assessment, performed a standard cleaning fully covered by insurance, and did not find the severe issues I was warned about. That contrast spoke volumes. Trust & Bedside Manner For me, bedside manner is about clarity, transparency, and feeling like your provider is advocating for your health, not your wallet. While the office excels in atmosphere and friendliness, I left feeling uneasy rather than confident. Final Thoughts Dream Dental absolutely wins on ambiance, music, and aesthetics. If I were reviewing it as a coworking space, it might get five stars. But when it comes to dental care, trust outweighs décor every time. If something feels off, get a second opinion. There are other trustworthy dental offices out there. I ended up going back to mine, and I'm glad I did. Read the reviews, but also listen to your instincts.
