I called this company to come help me with a sewage problem. They came at 11:30pm and began…read moreworking right away. The problem is that they did not make any efforts to contain any of the sewage liquids coming out which a small pool of sewage grew into a 3 hour massive ocean of sewage which had caused so many more problems ruining 3 bags of clothes and an extra printer I had and a large crate of bonds but worst of all this pooling contaminated my drinking water hose and I didnt know it and now I am sick. This was so wreckless and I couldnt understand why he was doing it or think about the fact that I had to pay for the clean up which was $3500 all because they cleared the entire blockage of the black tank all over the floor. This is so wreckless and such a health hazard. I had been awake 24 hours and didnt have the energy for all this but they should have taken extreme care and not allowed that bacteria to encapsulate the whole yard. Sewage is toxic especially when it has been sitting for so long they should know better than that and have a way to contain mess they are plumbers for crying out loud. Even the restoration crew was complaining about this company for what they did. Then they charged me $200 per hour costing me $615 for 3 hours of work late at night. But the damage has cost me 10 times that.

We had a plumber replace our water softener and whole house water filter. But he didn't install the sediment filter, as we found it with left over parts. I had to call back and ask why it wasn't installed and told "because of space and the need to rework pipes". I guess it was just inconvenient so wasn't done. What!!?? Kind of an important step when in a well. Don't feel I can trust these folks at this point. Ehhh.
