He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. Tri-City Plumbing has replace our hot water tank, replaced a toilet, and supplied a new water conditioner at our house. Jason has always done outstanding work and has backed up his work when we needed help. I will continue to call on Jason for everything plumbing.

Jessie is totally awesome and despite my inability to speak clearly, she was very helpful and didn't give up on me. I know nothing about plumbing and she made it easy for me by telling me to take a picture of my sinks and toilets and e-mailing them to her. They would bring all items and install. The appointment was delayed a week because the sinks didn't arrive by the 1st appointment date. Certainly wasn't their fault. The job was completed yesterday and so far, so good. Now on to another small job, kitchen sink and hot water heater. It certainly makes me feel more confidant and secure in any future plumbing problems knowing I have a trusted resource to do all the things my late husband used to do.
