I had the worst experience with Damon Allen - shockingly an assistant manager. He was going to put me in a terribly maintained car - hubcaps floating half an inch off the wheel. When I asked about it, he had an absolute awful attitude. I ended up bringing the car back a few hours later and renting from Hertz. They were going to charge me for a day rental until a higher manager said he'd reverse it. I can't recommend this place at all. Enterprise pride themselves on professionalism and customer service. I can tell you from personal experience - this particular branch has neither.

As an engineer I really appreciate the clear precise and accurate information they provide in the reasonable prices that they have. A few years ago I had exactly the same thing happened to my car as they just fixed. The other Auto body company charged my insurance far more than fix Auto did for the same thing and they did it far better they made a little mistake and they corrected it immediately with no questions asked. My Mercedes is very complicated and they figured it all out and reached out to the dealer when necessary. Thank you to fix Auto

The oil change business noticed something was leaking underneath my Lexus. I had popped into the dealership later that day for them to review it only to be presented with an exorbitant costly repair. I tried to reach our usual mechanic who is Bob's up the street. He apparently had an accident and was unavailable at his location. Several people recommended Jay's and I was extremely grateful that he was able to take me with short notice and diagnose the problem. I was traveling out of state that week and preferred to use my own car. Dominic was able to squeeze me in. He and his technician stayed later that day to make sure that my repair was completed on time so I was able to take the car the next day. Very reasonably priced. Exceeded my expectations. Clean location. All around super professionalism. You definitely have won customer over and I will be back for additional repairs or general maintenance as will my spouse. I will definitely recommend. I cannot thank this business enough for truly going above and beyond.
