    Drove from Anaheim California to this Tulsa location Kelly did a great job, will never return to budget and there poor and rude costumer service, Hertz take care of me because i originally drove my truck from Bentonville Ar to LA for vacation and my transmission give up on me so while the shop was still waiting on parts went to budget rented a car in Anaheim Ca when my contract expired the transmission shop called and told me that they weren't going to have my truck ready due to parts anyways tried to get back to budget they said they didn't have any vehicles available for me so rude and will never get back to them, so across the street there was a Hertz location they help me out in a bit, they have earned a new costumer, they put me in a brand new charger back home to Arkansas

    Huge nail and flat tire.  How could they not notice?

    Worst experience ever! Unreal. I thought I was on candid camera. First we got there and there were 3 customers waiting and no employees in sight. After about 20 minutes and employee walked out. Beth helped us. Beth is like a mime. She barely talks, and she does not seem to comprehend what you say. I showed up with my reservation, and she said that there are no cars. NO CARS! This was a typical Wednesday in the morning. I said "isn't that the point of the reservation?" I finally talked to the manager Sherri, and she located me a car, but after loading the car up with my kids and bags, I noticed that the tire had a nail in it and was completely flat. If we had driven with that tire, we could have been injured or killed. Shocking that they would not inspect the car before releasing it to customers. I went to 2 different tire places to try to get it fixed, but both had over 2 hour waits, and I did not have that much time. I finally took the car back and left it there and went to the airport and picked up a car, at a higher rate. Hertz would not refund me the difference. What a terrible company. Not using Hertz again, no matter what the rate.

    My blown out tire that was defective, blew out on the highway, changed the flat myself.

When I did get hold of customer service they were defensive and had no explanation other than to tell me that they no longer had something available and they had given me 4 days notice which was acceptable time for me to find a replacement. The rental went off without any snags, I even got upgraded for free. However, it has been nothing but a nightmare since I returned the car. I put down a deposit - like you do - and I got a receipt that it was returned to me. I have not seen a penny of that returned deposit, every time I call customer service and reach someone I get the run around. No one is owning up to whether or not they fully processed the refund, and while I was informed it would be up to 28 days before I got it back, it has now been a month and almost a week and I still have not seen that deposit money returned. The guy who answers for their customer service sounds like he's tweaking on something, and he acts like it also. Getting you into a car is hassle free, getting you back the money you rightfully deserve because you followed every rule and returned the car completely in tact - a nightmare.

MARK, the employee I dealt with, called 45 minutes before our scheduled pickup to inform us that our vehicle wouldn't be ready for two hours past our contracted time. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and certainly no solution offered. When we asked if there was a vehicle available at another location, his "solution" was to send us to the airport branch, which was 10 miles farther and would have cost us $175 more... a price increase for their mistake. When we reminded him that this was not what we agreed to, he refused to help, wouldn't connect us with anyone who could, and made it abundantly clear that keeping a customer satisfied simply wasn't a priority. MARK's attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright unprofessional. He showed no accountability for the company's failure to honor a confirmed reservation. In a business where reliability and customer service are everything, this experience with MARK was a total embarrassment. If you value your time, money, or sanity, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of rental companies that understand what "customer service" actually means, this one (and MARK) clearly does not. And yes, I capitalized his name throughout this entire review to make sure people avoid him at all costs

Budget website says their e-toll system is $6.95 per day only on the days you use toll roads plus applicable tolls. This place says it's $12 per day for every day of the rental. So my $10 worth of tolls would have cost me $72. Cannot abide that so I returned the car and rented elsewhere for my trip. I'm retired now but in my working days I travelled almost weekly and have rented thousands of cars. Over the years I've had more problems with Budget than with any other company.

I…read moreexplained that there may be a need to return the car at another airport in Oklahoma and told was told to inquire at the airport when I picked up the car. I tried to ask the agent about the return policy and the cost if I needed to return to another location. I was dismissed and made a call to Avis to explain and was directed to ask again when I dropped the car off. No one had an answer for me. I was charged $100 more than the agreement even though I retuned the car 4 days earlier. I understand the policy regarding one way rentals, however, the fact the NO ONE I spoke with even attempted to answer my questions about the process, or even offered a simple condolence for my recent loss. It really isn't about the money that upsets me, but the lack of professionalism, basic customer service and human kindness. I will not be using Avis again for my rental needs.

We were at the 5856 NE Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97218 where the employee Muhuab lied to us saying the Physical Damage Waiver was mandatory and could not rent to us. He stood there while he had my call my insurance to see if they would cover a commercial moving truck, he stood there while I called around and tried to see if there was a way I could add the vehicle to a policy to avoid the couple hundred dollar charge Budget was going to make us pay. He flat out lied, and we did not know until the end of the trip. The truck we were given was filthy, we had to clean the glass to see out of it. There was a hole in the roof of the cab that leaked freezing water directly on the top of my head, and down my neck - for 3.5 hours. All the while, we were realizing the cab had ants all over the inside which progressively got worse! This was just flat out reckless and dangerous of them. We rushed home to get the move done and dropped off this garbage truck 2 days early. Budget customer service has done little to nothing to offer any sort of reasonable refund, won't answer questions either. Budget should be embarrassed, and ashamed - they should be able to take better care of their customers
