First of all the young lady when I picked up the car, I would swear, was high or something. This is…read morethe second or third time I've had a bad experience in a row with enterprise Rent-A-Car people. The vehicles that they supply are damaged in someway. Like the last one I picked up, had hail damage all over it, and chip in the windshield in the drivers view, not to mention a bad shimmy when you got up to interstate Speeds. Got attitude from the local staff in the Murray Kentucky location whenever I would call. I was told that 4 or five days after I return the rental would be the only time I could talk to district management, and that never happened. Likely the last enterprise rental I'll ever get, and honestly they're the most convenient to my location.

You literally have to take a video of the car when you pick it up and at drop off or you will get charged for damage done to the car when there was no damage!! this has happened at least five times!! the reason why they do this is because the bigger companies will just pay the amount. When you asked to see proof of the damage, they can't give you the proof so if you're reserving a car for your family, don't expect it to be there and then expect to be charged for damage done to the vehicle when there was none make sure you record it save your butt!! you'd be better off taking grandma's car
