Unfortunately that was not our experience. After driving 5 hours, the salesman knowing we were coming did not have it cleaned up! Husband gets in to start it up and it will not even start. He had service come get to fix. Easy fix. After about 15 minutes, we took it for a little drive. Did not sound or run right! Passenger door had been welded, glove box would not latch, driver side mirror broke, just the few things I noticed. I understand used and will have wear and tear but nothing was disclosed about the side by side when appointment was made. The salesman asked when they took it back to fix if we wanted to go on and start on the paperwork!! No! We told him it was still very dirty too, he said well we can have them clean it up. After reading all the positive reviews I was very disappointed in our experience. I think had we had a different salesman my review would be different! It's all about how you treat your customers! The ladies at front desk were very friendly and so was the other sales people that spoke to me!
