I had reserved a car online. When I finally found the place, I walked inside their building and was greeted by the employee working there. She was expecting me and quickly processed my paperwork and gave me a nice and new Chevy Equinox. The return was easy. The employee told me that she might not be there and to just park the vehicle and put the key in the lockbox. I did and received a bill the next day. The rental was a fraction of the price that other places charged. Budget is a great place to rent a car to get around Martha's Vineyard.

I checked out this place late,…read moreon my first night, and told the staff I'd be back the next day with my girlfriend to pick up a pair of bicycles for the week. The next day, they not only remembered me, but remembered my name and the name of my girlfriend, which I'd only dropped in passing. They were incredibly helpful, threw in some accessories, gave us a little discount (for a reason I can't recall) and sent us on our way, with a promise that if anything should happen - or if we wanted to swap out our Cruisers for a Mountain-Bike-style, we should just swing by, no extra charge. They gave us handlebar baskets, locks, and even helmets if we wanted one. Every day we road down the main drag, we'd see these guys outside with their bikes, greeting people, or inside, taking care of customers, but they'd always smile and wave. GEORGIO was our man, and I'll go to him every time I return to MV. *The rates are great *The staff is exceptional *The location is perfect, especially if you're staying in Vineyard Haven I simply cannot recommend this place enough. THE MOST EXCELLENT THING THEY DID, however, was make arrangements with me to *PICK UP* my bike from the airport. I had walked from the airport to my residence the first night (2.5hr walk) and was determined to bicycle there before my outbound flight. They worked something out, no questions asked, so that I could lock the bike at the airport and they'd grab it after I phoned them. Simply marvelous. Bravo, Fellas!
