The table was 100% was in the car trunk. I should have double checked instead of trying to get them out of work in time. These enterprise employees are liars! Danny, Cam, Bry, Mel, and Eli are liars and thieves. I've called corporate and filed a complaint, but don't want others to get swindled. Do not go here unless you want to work with liars and thrives! Either the detailers (Mel & Eli stole the table or they didn't correctly do thier job and check the car like they are supposed to when it gets returned) or it was stolen by Danny (manager on the next day and person trying to gaslight me every time i called in the morning and then multiple times during the day following up & also there when i showed up in person, really he is an all around horrible un empathic lying individual) or Cam and Bry stole it when I dropped off the car the night before. (however, they were both very nice when i picked up and dropped off the car the day before) However, one of these employees did STEAL . my nice folding table and then lied to me and repeatedly tried to gaslight me saying i never left it. DO NOT rent with budget! they have lower prices to…read morecharge EXCESSIVE cleaning fees. they charged me $250 for a cleaning fee with no spills, no stains, nothing and when i called because i had no idea what these charges were they stated it was a cleaning fee. i asked why and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes to finally tell me it was for light pet hair in the back seat and that i would be charged even if it was my own hair! that doesn't qualify as EXCESSIVE and mind you they are already required to clean and do general maintenance like vacuum to get the rental ready for the next customer. they have zero accountability for their customer service workers who state that you will be credited or that something shouldn't be an issue. i returned the car and entire day early after asking if i would be credited for not using sunday, the worker said yes i would be credited. never was and when i called they made a bunch of excuses and said the other worker was wrong. so i lost out on an entire day of a rental car that i paid for! this place is absolutely terrible and they scam their customers. I needed a car within hours of making the reservation online and offered me a pickup truck, which was the last vehicle they had available. They also walked me to the truck, did a brief walk around to note any scratches or dents that were present. The location was easy to get to and the office was clean and organized. As a side note... I've had a terrible experience with budget. I reserved a truck online, then called to cancel it…read morebecause I only needed a smaller one and their prices online are way more expensive than u-haul's. They then told me they could give me a better price, which they did. 4 days before my move I called them to verify my reservation and they couldnt find the new one, only the old one and that person said they couldnt honer the price the other guy had given me. So I call a third time and get the lower price, confirmed. They dont allow you to park your car in the lot. They tell you they dont have a keydrop location, but my girlfriend called and after talking for like 10 minutes they said we could return it to the Ikea drop off location (they run the same one) So why in the hell wouldnt they offer that as an option in the first place? Two weeks after I returned the truck to Ikea, they call me asking me when I was returning the truck! After some searching, they found out it WAS there and then proceeded to just ask me when I returned it. Now im in a battle to get them to fax me a copy of the receipt and they say its going to take two days because all the paperwork is taken elsewhere. How hard is it to print the receipt and just fax it? These people are incompetent.
