Needless to say, my trust was broken and I was not using them for my return from the airport. Again, no apologies for the previous week. Things happen, employees don't do their jobs. An apology would have gone a long way, an offer of compensation may have restored my faith. Buyer beware!

Mike was awesome to work with and even though I had to call him more than once because of my own craziness he was still very nice. When our driver arrived on Christmas morning ten minutes early to take us to the airport we were more than excited. Our son left us in the house and ran to get in the car. When we finally got in the car it was super clean. I was a little worried that it may smell like smoke because the drive was standing outside the car smoking while waiting on us but thank goodness it didn't. He wasn't very talkative but was very nice and was a very safe driver. We would have him as a driver again. The second time I was in need of their services was due to a flight to new haven was changed and I ended up missing the last flight. I asked the airline for s room at a nearby hotel and they said they could not accommodate me because they were all booked. I called a few few hotels to check and yep all were booked. They offered to fly me in to a close by airport which was Hartford, Ct as a standby. Well everyone showed up for that flight. I was then offered NJ or Boston. I chose Boston. I could've stayed and waited til the next day and waited for the new haven flight at noon. But heck no! Philli has the dirtiest airport!!! I couldn't bare to stay there with sketchy weirdos doing sit-ups on the grimmy carpeting. Yep! Its was an absolute nightmare! The driver was on time, kind, and got me to my destination safely. But... the limo was dirty. Like it had someone else's half full Dunkin Donuts cup, some candy wrappers, an empty champagne bottle, etc. Not a big deal - but when I pay $240, I don't expect to sit with someone else's trash. I didn't say anything to the driver, but called the office a couple of days later. They offered to give me a $50 credit on a future ride. I explained I would appreciate it more if it were a $50 refund on the past ride. She said she'd call me back. She did leave me a message that I would be getting a $50 credit. So I waited a few weeks but still didn't see it on my credit card. I called back and asked to speak to the original person I spoke to. I was told she would call me right back and she didn't. I called a few days later and the guy who answered the phone was eager to hear my story and help. He listened, asked me how much the credit was for, and said he'd get back to me right away. That was days ago. Honestly, the dirty limo was moderately annoying. But the getting jerked around and wasting my time on a credit that was promised but probably never going to come through - that's super annoying. They've lost my future business.
