The lady at the airport car rental kiosk was actually very helpful. The review is for Hertz customer service - when i called to ask about the extra charge in the invoice, the gentleman was rude and was using offensive language. I guess everyone is used to customer service being close to zero in Europe, but i will avoid using Hertz by all means going forward. read more
