Cheap prices arrogant and rude manager. There is the story:
On the arrival I've been offered Opel Meriva a smaller car than I've booked (CMRW class, like Peugeot 308 Estate), without any explanations. It was a petrol, not a diesel car as booked. The guy at the counter even not bothered to apologize for supplying smaller car. When I've pointed it's not a car which I've booked, Sixt representative became rude and told me, that I haven't got any understanding about the cars, it is the estate car and it is exactly what I've booked. He was ignoring my repeated requests to prove that Opel Meriva is a car from the same group I've booked. It's a good German estate car, you don't know about the cars, I'm closing the counter in ten minutes, you can walk if you like after it was his only answer. I've been bullied to accept the car which I haven't booked. Without an apology offered at any point. read more
