ZERO STARS - First time using Hertz and we will NEVER use them again. HORRIBLE Customer Service! I prepaid a month before trip and when we went to pickup up the van we had to pay the security deposit and their system wouldn't allow us to use the same card we prepaid on. They said we had to cancel that transaction and redo it, which meant a different rate....so we got charged $10 more PLUS it took over 2 hours to do all of this. The next day our trip got cancelled due to Coronavirus and we returned the van - drove a total of 26 miles (home and back) and they said we drove 105!!! They can't even track mileage,,,,the total for the week was going to be $344 they charged us $91 because we drove off the lot...after the two hour wait the day before....when i asked to speak to the manager they called him on speaker phone and he ended up Hanging Up on me!!!! HORRIBLE Customer Service - I've worked in customer service for over 25 years and never experienced anything like this! Oh, and there was another customer in the store - they were doing the same thing to her! I looked at her and told her she better get the hell out of there AND SHE DID!!
