Long story short...Good Sam's dispatched another tow service which said would be 60-90 mins. I…read morecalled them to confirm and they said they were working on getting to me. About 30 mins. later I get a text from Good Sam's stating that a different tow service was on the way (Anic Auto Services). I called the 1st tow service and asked what happened, apparently their bid was too high and Good Sam's didn't want to pay which I wasn't happy about since I'm the one stuck on the side of the road waiting while they negotiate terms but that's another story. It turned out for the better. My first contact with Robert with Anic was as if he were a friend. Said he'd be there in 30mins & was so kind and understanding when I told him I had left and wouldn't be there when he arrived. I had specific instructions for where my truck needed to go since it was a busy industrial area and if any of the vehicles or roll up doors were blocked I would be towed away & he said he'd contact me once he was loaded up, which he did, and he stayed on the phone with me until he found the location. He placed the vehicle perfectly where I had asked and even sent me pictures to confirm. Who does that?? Robert does! I have referred him to the auto shop that repaired my truck and to others in my industrial complex. Anic is now my go to when I need a flat change or tow. They aren't big but they are BIG on service.
