She helped us figure out where to go, recommended an auto repair shop that she trusted and made sure we were safe. She kept in contact even after she was off for the night to make sure we were picked up and safe. I cannot thank Luz enough and everything she did for us! Driver Mark came and picked us up and made sure we were comfortable and was very nice. Anyway, looks like I may have dodged a bullet after now reading all the past reviews. My personal experience was excellent. They arrived within the time frame I was told they would. Got a text to say they were on the way and then the technician, Mike, called to say he was almost there. He was very nice and professional and helped get my car started plus gave me tips on what to tell the car dealer when I take my car in. It was 4:30pm and I was in a parking lot so not quite the same as being stuck on the side of the road like other reviewers. But nonetheless time is precious so I was glad it wasn't longer. By 5:45pm I was on my way home.

I was assigned this tow truck company through AAA Roadside Assistance when I was stuck on the side of the freeway in 100-degree weather. They initially gave me an ETA of 35 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, after 30 minutes, I called to check how close they were, only to be told it would be *another* hour! When I asked how that was possible if they had already said 35 minutes, the woman on the phone said she would call the tow truck driver and get back to me. I waited another 30 minutes--no tow truck, no call back. I tried calling them at least 30 more times, but they stopped answering altogether. Being stranded on the freeway in the heat is stressful enough, but this company made the situation so much worse with their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. If you value your time and safety, avoid this tow company at all costs.

When the driver arrived he quickly and safely loaded my vehicle. I then climbed in to the cab of the tow truck. This cab was immaculately clean. I was quite impressed with the driver and his pride in his truck. He took me to my home and then safety dropped the vehicle at the selected shop for repairs.
